A complete scam of a business. Do not consider this place. Their business model is to take advantage of people in any way possible. Scams include claiming banks require extended warranties, increasing your interest rate if you refuse their warranty, and not accepting pre qualified loans from outside banks. They claimed the bank they work with gave me a 23% interest rate, but I was already prequalified from that specific bank for an 18% interest rate. They claimed a cosigner would not get me a better rate. But at another dealership, for the exact same vehicle, I was approved for a 13% interest rate with a cosigner. read more

I am writing this review based on my own personal experience shopping here. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the good experience I had with Jaleel. He was kind, patient, and very professional. With that being said, I originally came here because I saw that they had a 2008 Chevy Cobalt with 59k miles for $5.4k or so. Out the door price with taxes and all would be around $6.5k or so. When I came to test drive it, there were some concerns that they failed to mention on their advertisement. Such as emergency brake not working and a couple dings here and there. They advertise that the car is detailed but due to most of their cars sitting out for so long, by the time you check it out it will probably be covered in dust. My biggest complaint however will be how they price their vehicles. Me and Jaleel agreed to an out the door price of $6k total. Taxes and fees included along with their own mechanic fixing the emergency brakes prior to purchase. Jaleel said he will call me once his mechanic figures out how to fix the brakes and that we can go from there. About an hour or so later Jaleel calls me to let me know that they can fix it no problem and if I am able to put down a deposit for the car before they fix the E brake to confirm I will purchase the car. I tell Jaleel I will hold off for now and call him back another day. Jaleel was kind enough to let me know that he will not be in the dealership but provided me with their direct number so that I can call any time. Fast forward two days later. I call the dealership to let them know I am ready for purchase. I speak with someone by the name of Jay, who I believe is the manager. I inform him of my conversation with Jaleel and when I mention the price of $6k out the door he tells me that he doesn't think that's correct. Jay then tells me he will get back to me in an hour or so. I send Jaleel a text message letting him know that I spoke with Jay and that Jay is not sure of the $6k price out the door we discussed. I asked Jaleel if he can speak to Jay about it. Jaleel again was kind enough to respond back to me that he will speak with Jay. Jaleel calls me to let me know that they are not able to honor the price because corporate raised the price on the Chevy Cobalt. I thank Jaleel for his time and tell him I will not be buying the vehicle. I understand that vehicle prices may change in time. However, the fact that there was a sudden price increase on the vehicle I was looking at, that had obviously been sitting out in the lot for so long that the battery died and they had to jump it just for me to test drive it. Seems off. It also doesn't make sense to me that they already "lowered" the asking price of the Chevy from $7.9k to $5.4k prior to me stopping by and all of a sudden after I show interest "corporate" raised the price? Sounds like too much of a coincidence to me. read more

Terrible experience. I have two family members who bought cars here in the last 2 months. Both ran fine off the lot and both had problems within 2 days. First car had a bad power steering pump and rack and pinion. Second car has a bad transmission. Repais will cost more than the car. Must be working some magic in the garage to keep them from throwing codes during short test drives. Gas cap was forced on to hide the code and fact the fill tube needs to be replaced. If you decide to do business here make sure you get a few hundred miles on the car as a test drive before signing anything. I know we will not go back. read more

I bought a Car from Jay when he was Majjaan Auto. He screwed me on my Ford Taurus that I bought. Paid $4000. For the car and two days later had problems with the check engine light. Turns out they falsified the smog. I even got the person who is the boss of all smogs involved. After that within a week, replaced tranny , intake phlegm (spelled wrong) , tire rods , ect. I told Jay I would always find his business and let people know what a scam he is. He closed Majjaan motor and started North county motors. I also gave them a bad review. The transmission had been jimmy'd to not allow the bad weather feature to work. The vehicle seems to have been manipulated to sell and then have upwards of $4,000 in repairs. I Returned a car I'd purchased from 3 K Auto and less than 24 hours from purchasing it and was told I was ineligible to return it on their cancelation policy because Jay the sales manager said I declined the cancelation policy which I didn't. I was told I was declining the declining cancelation policy not declining the cancelation policy. The salesman Joe told me I had two days to cancel the policy for $350 which Jay the sales manager told me I wasn't eligible. Jay the sales manager said I had no choice but to sell it back to him at trade in value which was $2,300 less than what I'd already paid him less than 24 hours earlier. I'd like the return of the $2,300 less the $150 cancelation fee and the less the restocking fee of $350. The company is making serious money off cancelations for junk cars, buyer beware. read more

I Purchased what I was lead to believe a Certified Preowned Vehicle. 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty. Jay you scammed me. You will be hearing from me again soon. I Laid down $9000.00 Cash for this. Only to find out later after the Purchase there is No Power to the passenger side low beam headlight socket. ABS warning light came on after 50 miles. The Fuel filling mouth is not secured to thee body. Screws are gone. The filling hose turns with the fuel cap. The Gas pedal was broken and rigged in a dangerous fashion. The door open dash light never goes off. The keyless entry / Alarm had been cut off leaving wires hanging out. How they can sell a CPO Vehicle AS IS is beyond me. I would give 0 stars if I could, but I am also partially to blame for allowing this place to make a fool of me. I being a female and not knowledgeable in the car category, you hope to find an honest salesperson when you open up and tell them you need a safe and reliable third row car to transport your family. I took their word, a window wasn't rolling down during my test drive and I brought it to their attention, they said it would be covered to have fixed under a warranty, never happened. I needed to replace the battery 3 months into having the vehicle. The brakes were also squealing and I also mentioned this at the time of the test drive, I was told it was because they had just been changed along with the oil and just needed to be broken in. I also needed to change the brakes maybe 6 months in. When I called them on the battery, I was rudely told the battery is probably old, I reminded them that when I originally got the vehicle that I was reassured that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and they bragged about their mechanic shop attached to the building, and all of a sudden I was told that it was my problem. My windows all do not go down now as the buttons do not work, I was told it's because of the master switch and the way the wiring is set up to the door and vehicle. Also, my alternator is also bad, and so my new battery that is months old, constantly dies because of it. Again, I have only had this vehicle since February and as a single mom of 4, I counted on this place to be honest. I bought a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT in August 2022. The truck was made to appear as if everything was fine and give you no reason to question Jay, but Jay was extremely dishonest. Lied about the truck going through their 50+ point inspection. Covered up the oil leak and radiator leaks. Made the tires look new so that he can hide the tire rot on all tires which are 6 years old. The oil drain plug was put incorrectly and it was a miracle (Ford tech words) it did not fall off, fan blade was broken and glued together also a miracle it did not break. Of course during the test drive everything seemed fine. When I contacted Jay about this he said " too bad, not my problem, you're on your own". I had to pray in that moment to not go off on him and say something I would regret.
