I purchased a vehicle (2016 Honda Pilot) from them. The engine was idling up and down. I brought it back 3 days later. They checked it and said it was fine. Said there were no issues and that I still have a 6 mo/6,000 mile warranty on it. The engine seized on me after 45 days of use and they didn't assist me at all. The warranty company also did their best to deny the claim. Replacement of the engine cost $12,000. I paid $12,000 for the vehicle. Found out there was a hole in the engine. You can't tell me that they weren't aware of this when they sold it. read more

STAY AWAY Bought back in May. Firstly, they sold the car under false pretenses.... After driving 100 miles (they unplugged the battery so it reset the car and didn't show check engine light) then the Catalytic converter failed, the gas tank was broken (kept dropping to empty when full and when empty showed full), the battery died (they said it didn't need one when I told them our mechanic said it did), the starter failed and cost me 800. more problems but those were the worst. They gaslit me the whole time. On top of this: I still have not received the registration or title. It's been than six months. They put the wrong address on my registration, so my title and registration was sent back to them. They said it's on me. They refused to take accountability. Older dude is very nice but the young boy and his sister are incredibly crooked. read more

My dad bought a car from this place but every car that he was shown by the staff was not ready to be driven off the lot and they kept making promises to fix it later .. he ended up finding something that he likes but unfortunately a month after he got it off the lot the knock sensor went out and he had fixed it twice spent over $4,000 all said only to find out that nobody is going to help him with this whatsoever and he had to add it to his bankruptcy ... blue Auto Sales in Lendmark are predatory please be careful my dad is a disabled senior citizen in a Vietnam veteran and he was taken advantage of by these people and their predatory business practices. As well, they had added a 3 month warranty that didn't cover anything, and Lendmark refused to issue more loans to help to repair the vehicle once all of this started . Typical shady used car dealer. Buying vehicles from junkyard auctions that were in wrecks and then not disclosing that information. The vehicle I purchased was clearly in an accident, and when I had asked about it, the salesman carefully chose his words: "nothing was reported". While waiting, I overheard him mention to a mechanic that one of the vehicles requires more Bondo. There was a complete lack of communication from their end, causing me to be the one to reach out for updates. Faulty switches for the door locks and windows. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed they would fix it but never did. The lever to open the door from the inside was even installed upside down. I don't write reviews, good or bad, but when a business can sell a product to a family with a child in tow that is clearly not up to par, and not have any worries about it, people need to know. Be VERY cautious on buying a vehicle from here, it could be giant safety concern. read more

It has some minor cosmetic imperfections, but that's to be expected of a 17 year old car. I think Ray and Moe gave me a fair deal on the car. When I purchased the car, I could not drive it home the day of the purchase and they agreed to deliver it to my home the following week at no extra charge. And prior to delivering the car, they took the car to the Hyundai dealership to take care of unresolved recall on a switch in the car also at no extra charge. Also, they noticed a door handle was loose when they delivered it to me and they replaced it for me at no extra charge. And a 3 month/3000 mile drivetrain warranty was included with the purchase of the car. The car is running good and I expect this car to last me for several years at the least. I came into contact with this company because of my son he bought a car from them. They sold him a car without a drivers license. Financed him with just an ID. Let him drive it off the lot with no drivers license. Needless to say, my son ended up getting several tickets for no drivers license, insurance or registration. How is it that this company could get away with that. Car was impounded and rep possessed. The repo company got it out less than 10 days later send it to auction. And now they want to sell it back to my son for $350. Tell me what is right with this picture please somebody is right with this picture? Far as I can see nothing is right. And to top it off, my name is on the contract. Because my son and I have the same name they put my name instead of my sons now I'm liable for all of this.
