They gaslit me the whole time. On top of this: I still have not received the registration or title. It's been than six months. They put the wrong address on my registration, so my title and registration was sent back to them. They said it's on me. They refused to take accountability. After finally agreeing on a deal, signing day became even worse. Adriana told our daughter that she had to purchase the warranty or they would not sell her the car. My husband directly asked if the warranty was mandatory, and Adriana admitted it was not but she won't sell that car without my daughter purchasing it. However, she then said that if we declined the warranty, they would require an additional $4,000 down payment in order to move forward with the sale. That immediately felt dishonest and extremely misleading. It seemed very clear they were hoping we would not carefully read the contract or question the terms. When we confronted Adriana about the contradictions, she repeatedly changed her story and claimed she "didn't remember" saying certain things. What makes this even more disappointing is that my husband and I previously purchased three vehicles from the National City location and never experienced anything like this.
