Hands down, best service, best price, and beyond satisfied. We arrived and were quickly greeted. We had the pleasure of having Tony help us look for the perfect car. We were able to find one, Tony let us take the vehicle for a spin. I'm a firm believer in having the process be very smooth if it is meant to happen. At no point in time did we ever feel any type of pressure or attitude of any sort. Coming up with a price that we both agreed with was fast and simple. We are beyond grateful for Tony and Eddie that helped us out with a great price and rate. If you are looking for great customer service, a great variety in selection, and various lenders that you can be approved with, I suggest you go to Quantum Auto Sales! Don't forget to check in, you'll get a little treat.

Hi. FYI buy for I am very satisfied with my vehicle my dealer Mike that helped me with the purchase of my vehicle. Very honest, I have been to different dealerships Like classic chariots and some others, that have been very bad service, so thank you Quantum Mike for your honesty and putting me in a vehicle that fits me and the mechanics as well. I'm a very happy costumer, I truly recommend Quantum

The team here is very helpful and walks you through everything that you need to know. It was my first car that I bought here. I bought it through Victor. He was very nice and thorough. Anytime I got my car fixed for a couple hours, this team had great hospitality as well!

2013 Subaru Forester priced at 20,000 plus and also not what I prepared for with the salesman and way too overpriced based on conditions.

I did online research of cars (lease to own) I was interested in, to save myself time I wanted to speak to a sales person over the phone to get a quote of what choices I had, and this company started off with fair communication. They even reached out to me based on an inquiry I filled out online. However I wanted to put a certain down payment # down (300), and the sales person Gerardo told me over the phone "that the amount given is too low than most down payments is there a chance you can go higher?" At first I was understanding and told them I'm willing to go up to (500) for now but that's what I can give at this time. The salesman proceeded to tell me to fill out there website to input my info for a quote and he'll attempt to find a vehicle based on my credit which is (636). But I got left unattended during this process which should have been a first red flag. So I haven't heard from said salesperson in 2hours I actually reached out to see in case he moved on or not, and his response was "Sorry I got a bit busy with a customers. I thought I was a customer? I suppose not yet, he also stated "What I can do it send you the application to get pre qualify". Once again I'm not sure of anything in this process so I assumed getting prequalified was a good thing a one step closer to buying a vehicle. He also said "Because usually for $500 down it's with approved credit". Whether this is true or not, this is my first time buying a vehicle let alone learning about a vehicle so I was set to try somewhere else after the uncertainty and lack of attention given on my case. I asked what's approved credit and he stated "680 and up is considered approved credit, let me see what I can do we need you to submit another inquiry to check my case/situation. I understood the policy and the honesty he gave so I told him "I won't put you guys through the trouble thanks for letting me know the requirements of the company!" So I proceeded to look somewhere else, as I do want a good deal and great service and the salesman responded to me with "We can still finance you but they might require a lil bit more money down." I asked how much is a little more and he asked to call me. I accepted the call (brief and short) and he said can I send him my pay stubs, I sent it over text. I never got a quote for the down payment and how much more they needed I was told that he'll see what he can do based on what I gave him. He texted me 1hr40m later pictures of a 2013 Subaru vehicle and said "We might be able to do something in this car" I asked him what's our next steps and he asked me to "Ok come in my floor manager wants to talk to you the way you can take the car home today." He also send me the address and tells me "bring in utility bills". I get to the dealership and was introduced to a complete opposite price for down payment from what was discussed. Overall thats what I wanted to prevent in the first place - and that was to come in and be told to owe a dealership such a high down with no further information and proof to backup those requirements. I meet the floor manager "Adele" and he told to me (1100-1550) down and I tried to reiterate that this was not what I discussed with his fellow sales employee and it would have saved me the drive over to the company had I'd been told in the first place. I let Adele know that if there were no available vehicles on the lot for my circumstances then I'd be happy to move on and be on my way to find a different and better choice. He Adele and Gerardo didn't want me leaving "that easy I'd assume" so Adele tried to reason with me and claim he's helping me out, but I just wasn't convinced I was in the right hands all together based on my experience leading up to meeting them, I was at the company for 4 hours, after negotiations and set deals I was introduced another vehicle 2013 Nissan Rogue the sticker price was lower then the original vehicle but slightly, and I was offered to pay 1000 down and make $650 monthly payments. Given the time I've spent with them in person and the cars condition, amongst what the vehicle had to offer, I seen no reason to decline this offer at the time. Based on the first vehicle that i would've ran into troubles with that was way over my means and ultimately not what was discussed over the phone prior to getting to the dealership. By the way I had this 2013 used car for only a week the issues I've noticed were the visors on both driver and passenger no longer in tact, chipped paint on the drivers side but minor, door handle on drivers side was cracked so whenever you would pull on the door it would be loose. There's more and the rest of review underneath!

Clearly someone needs to be in charge of greeting customers as they pull into the drive and wait to be assisted. Unfortunately, not one person made eye contact or even acknowledged that I was there. It's awkward just standing there feeling ignored while waiting for help. The valet guys were mostly standing around looking at their phones. A simple "Hello, someone will be right with you" would have gone a long way. Once I was finally assisted, the staff was great and very professional, so this really comes down to first impressions. Customer service starts the moment a customer arrives. Hiring a greeter -- or simply encouraging staff to acknowledge customers and SMILE -- would make a huge difference.

On my last scheduled service, I told the technician that the front windows have screeched ever since I bought the vehicle. He looked at it during the service, said he knew what the problem most likely was and furthermore, that's it's a commonly known defect with Toyotas windows. Despite all of this, I would have to make a separate appointment to have them officially looked at. I went in today for my appointment and was immidiately told I had to pay a $200 inspection fee. When I objected, they said it's technically only signing for liability, and if they determine the issue was due to "external forces" then I'd have to pay the fee. So essentially they can determine anything at all is wrong with the vehicle outside of Toyotas control and I'd have to pay. So despite the issue being present since purchase, me having documented conversations with a technician who knows the problem, and the fact that you can literally hear the window screech up and down as I talk to the employees, they want me liable for $200. What's the point of 2 years of Toyota Care and a warranty if you have to pay to use it?

Escondido Auto went completely above and beyond from the moment I walked in. Cisco was the sales professional who helped me, and he was incredible. No pressure, no gimmicks, no wasted time -- just straightforward, honest service. He made buying my Tesla unbelievably easy. The entire process took about 45 minutes, and I was driving off feeling confident and excited. They truly had the best prices around, and everything was transparent and smooth. Cisco answered every question, explained everything clearly, and made sure the whole transaction was stress-free. You don't find service like this very often. If you're looking for a dealership that values your time and treats you right, Escondido Auto is the place to go -- ask for Cisco! I'm already planning to come back for a truck in the near future. The same day I bought the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I brought it back to the dealership, was told the issue had been fixed, and the very same light came right back on as soon as I got the car back. I was then told to use the $1800 warranty they sold me to get it repaired. I followed their instructions and took it to a Jeep dealership--then was told by Baldwin, the warranty company to take it to another Jeep dealership instead. I even had to pay nearly $300 just to get my Jeep out of the first dealership so I could move it to the second one. My vehicle has now been sitting at the second dealership for six weeks, and I've been without a car for almost two months. The warranty company is refusing to cover the repair because they say it was a pre-existing issue, and I've been told that the code had cleared before I bought it so it is a pre-existing condition. As a result, the repair is now coming out of my pocket--even though I'm still making payments on a car I can't drive And purchased the warranty. I have also been paying for a rental car while these repairs are supposed to be made. Throughout this entire situation, I feel that Baldwin Auto Sales has offered no meaningful help. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're shopping for a used vehicle. This has been extremely stressful, expensive, and disappointing, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

The sales process was incredibly smooth--no pressure, the paperwork was efficient, and the staff at the Dan Way location were professional and welcoming. However, the "after-care" has been a different story. Shortly after the purchase, a mechanical issue arose that was clearly covered under the 30-day limited warranty. While I expected a quick fix, the service department has made it incredibly difficult to actually get the car in. When there the team could not diagnose the issue and asked to have me return if the issue persists. However; The Challenges: * Scheduling: Trying to get an appointment was a headache. I was told they were "extremely busy" and couldn't see the car for over a week, despite it being a warranty issue on a car they just sold me. * Resolution: While the issue is technically "covered," the hurdle of getting it diagnosed and repaired has turned an "easy" buying experience into a stressful ownership experience. I love the Lexus, but the service side of this CarMax needs a major overhaul in terms of accessibility and customer support. If you buy here, just be prepared for a potential fight if anything goes wrong during your warranty period
