Dealer purchase
Reed B.

This dealer literally is the best I've ever experienced! It started 4 years ago. I landed a new job and required travel. Before then, public transportation was my mode of transport. By choice. That's another story. But, I had no credit history, no down payment, and saw an ad on Craigslist. A day later, they had me in a vehicle with a very low down payment (that was flexible) and a very low monthly payment. Paid the loan off in 4 years. I now began my journey for another, better, vehicle. Every dealer from South Bay to Carlsbad said no. Went on Craigslist again and ran into the same dealership. Messaged them at 8pm and they replied within minutes. Next day, they had me approved! Not only for the vehicle I wanted, but with a decent monthly payment. Because of my work schedule, I was not able to get to the dealer until the next day (Friday). That evening, I was driving home in MY new (used) vehicle. On top of all of this, the vehicle I originally wanted was at their other dealership in Orange County. They drove all the way there to bring it down to Escondido for me. I felt bad because when I got there, they let me test drive another same year, make, and model vehicle, but wanted this one instead. I still test drove the one I originally wanted but they had no issues with me changing my decision. I mean, c' mon! That's some customer service right there. I'm telling you. If you've ever been turned away from other dealerships and you feel hopeless, please give this place a try and reach out. I know I sound like a paid advertisement but I'm not and everything I say is true. I've bought from this dealer twice now and each time they were able to get me approved! Thanks Quantum! Keep up the good work!

Hands down, best service, best price, and beyond satisfied. We arrived and were quickly greeted. We had the pleasure of having Tony help us look for the perfect car. We were able to find one, Tony let us take the vehicle for a spin. I'm a firm believer in having the process be very smooth if it is meant to happen. At no point in time did we ever feel any type of pressure or attitude of any sort. Coming up with a price that we both agreed with was fast and simple. We are beyond grateful for Tony and Eddie that helped us out with a great price and rate. If you are looking for great customer service, a great variety in selection, and various lenders that you can be approved with, I suggest you go to Quantum Auto Sales! Don't forget to check in, you'll get a little treat.

Hi. FYI buy for I am very satisfied with my vehicle my dealer Mike that helped me with the purchase of my vehicle. Very honest, I have been to different dealerships Like classic chariots and some others, that have been very bad service, so thank you Quantum Mike for your honesty and putting me in a vehicle that fits me and the mechanics as well. I'm a very happy costumer, I truly recommend Quantum

The team here is very helpful and walks you through everything that you need to know. It was my first car that I bought here. I bought it through Victor. He was very nice and thorough. Anytime I got my car fixed for a couple hours, this team had great hospitality as well!

2013 Subaru Forester priced at 20,000 plus and also not what I prepared for with the salesman and way too overpriced based on conditions.

I did online research of cars (lease to own) I was interested in, to save myself time I wanted to speak to a sales person over the phone to get a quote of what choices I had, and this company started off with fair communication. They even reached out to me based on an inquiry I filled out online. However I wanted to put a certain down payment # down (300), and the sales person Gerardo told me over the phone "that the amount given is too low than most down payments is there a chance you can go higher?" At first I was understanding and told them I'm willing to go up to (500) for now but that's what I can give at this time. The salesman proceeded to tell me to fill out there website to input my info for a quote and he'll attempt to find a vehicle based on my credit which is (636). But I got left unattended during this process which should have been a first red flag. So I haven't heard from said salesperson in 2hours I actually reached out to see in case he moved on or not, and his response was "Sorry I got a bit busy with a customers. I thought I was a customer? I suppose not yet, he also stated "What I can do it send you the application to get pre qualify". Once again I'm not sure of anything in this process so I assumed getting prequalified was a good thing a one step closer to buying a vehicle. He also said "Because usually for $500 down it's with approved credit". Whether this is true or not, this is my first time buying a vehicle let alone learning about a vehicle so I was set to try somewhere else after the uncertainty and lack of attention given on my case. I asked what's approved credit and he stated "680 and up is considered approved credit, let me see what I can do we need you to submit another inquiry to check my case/situation. I understood the policy and the honesty he gave so I told him "I won't put you guys through the trouble thanks for letting me know the requirements of the company!" So I proceeded to look somewhere else, as I do want a good deal and great service and the salesman responded to me with "We can still finance you but they might require a lil bit more money down." I asked how much is a little more and he asked to call me. I accepted the call (brief and short) and he said can I send him my pay stubs, I sent it over text. I never got a quote for the down payment and how much more they needed I was told that he'll see what he can do based on what I gave him. He texted me 1hr40m later pictures of a 2013 Subaru vehicle and said "We might be able to do something in this car" I asked him what's our next steps and he asked me to "Ok come in my floor manager wants to talk to you the way you can take the car home today." He also send me the address and tells me "bring in utility bills". I get to the dealership and was introduced to a complete opposite price for down payment from what was discussed. Overall thats what I wanted to prevent in the first place - and that was to come in and be told to owe a dealership such a high down with no further information and proof to backup those requirements. I meet the floor manager "Adele" and he told to me (1100-1550) down and I tried to reiterate that this was not what I discussed with his fellow sales employee and it would have saved me the drive over to the company had I'd been told in the first place. I let Adele know that if there were no available vehicles on the lot for my circumstances then I'd be happy to move on and be on my way to find a different and better choice. He Adele and Gerardo didn't want me leaving "that easy I'd assume" so Adele tried to reason with me and claim he's helping me out, but I just wasn't convinced I was in the right hands all together based on my experience leading up to meeting them, I was at the company for 4 hours, after negotiations and set deals I was introduced another vehicle 2013 Nissan Rogue the sticker price was lower then the original vehicle but slightly, and I was offered to pay 1000 down and make $650 monthly payments. Given the time I've spent with them in person and the cars condition, amongst what the vehicle had to offer, I seen no reason to decline this offer at the time. Based on the first vehicle that i would've ran into troubles with that was way over my means and ultimately not what was discussed over the phone prior to getting to the dealership. By the way I had this 2013 used car for only a week the issues I've noticed were the visors on both driver and passenger no longer in tact, chipped paint on the drivers side but minor, door handle on drivers side was cracked so whenever you would pull on the door it would be loose. There's more and the rest of review underneath!

Clearly someone needs to be in charge of greeting customers as they pull into the drive and wait to be assisted. Unfortunately, not one person made eye contact or even acknowledged that I was there. It's awkward just standing there feeling ignored while waiting for help. The valet guys were mostly standing around looking at their phones. A simple "Hello, someone will be right with you" would have gone a long way. Once I was finally assisted, the staff was great and very professional, so this really comes down to first impressions. Customer service starts the moment a customer arrives. Hiring a greeter -- or simply encouraging staff to acknowledge customers and SMILE -- would make a huge difference.

Went in with an a 10AM appointment for just an oil change. I specifically told them I just needed the oil as I mainly do things at another shop but needed to get in sooner. I show up at 930, didn't get approached by any service advisors till 1015. Told them I just needed an oil change and everything else I would do elsewhere. They seem to understand and gave me an estimate of about 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait (which is already crazy for an oil change). 12PM goes by, 1PM flies by and at this point I'm trying to call and text my advisor to get a status update. Nothing. Then he calls me and asks me to fill out the online form for the maintenance. I fill it out and see they want to change my air filters for both cabin and engine. I said "meh might as well while I'm here", I approve the actions via the online form, then I get another call. He informs me that the prices he gave me did not reflect any of the service hours that were required to install those parts. Fun fact if we change your air filter out yourself, it takes maybe 2 1/2 minutes and the cabin filters just the same. So I said " you know what never mind I'll just do it myself" which seemed to stun the advisor as if he had never heard that before in his life. Another hour goes by and then another hour goes by at this point I'm extremely irritated because I have my toddler with me and at this point, I've exhausted all my resources for him as I didn't realize I was gonna be at the dealership for five hours for a simple oil change. I try to find my service advisor and he's nowhere to be found. I find another service advisor and ask if he can look the status up for my vehicle. He acted as if I was trying to have him part the seas. I finally see my truck come around the corner and they park it. I ask who do I pay to get out of here? They direct me inside to the parts desk. So I go to the parts desk and ask, can I pay for my vehicle? The parked desk, then pointed me back outside. Then I find my service advisor and ask him if I could pay so I can get out as I have been there almost 5 hours. He says he's waiting for someone else to finish the paperwork and finalize it so that I could be charged. At this point, I'm livid. I see my truck I wanna get out. I had been there all day. I made a morning appointment because I had things to do that day. It was just an oil change. I've never had an oil change take five hours. I don't know what games this dealership plays, but I'm not about it and I will never go back. No one seems to know what's going on. No one can give you a full answer and if you ask questions, they just play the runaround game with you and send you anywhere else but the correct person you need to see. My wife had an appointment the same day at 2:30 so I called her and had her cancel as I didn't want her to be here till 12AM getting her oil changed as well. This is by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I could tell I wasn't the only one there that was upset by this as I was walking around the waiting area and everyone else seem to be irritated and on the phone talking with people about how long they had been waiting there for simple routine maintenance. We were actually in the market to buy a new Toyota as well, but after this experience throughout the entire dealership, I will never come back, and I will recommend that nobody goes to this dealership for any type of service. I wish there was another word stronger than atrocious to describe this dealership.
