Purchased an SUV here and the overall process was easy and convenient. However, once I drove the car a few days, it started making a funny noise. I took the car back and they attempted to glue the panel by the windshield which they said was loose and vibrating. The car started making the noise again and I took it back. This time I was told it couldn't be the panel as it wasn't loose so flee took it for a drive so they could hear the noise. They asked me to leave it which I did. After they had it all day, I was told it was done and I picked it up. Well, it's still making the noise, seems like they didn't do one thing. It's disappointing spending $30k on a vehicle here where they can't even ensure the problem is correctly fixed or safe to drive! read more

Terrible!! Had a major issue with the truck that cost me $1500 to fix and these guys wouldn't return any of my phone calls!!

The worst place to buy a car ever. Their cars are sold as is and if you don't fix any issues that are wrong with the car in 30 days than your pretty much out of luck. I've had several issues wrong with my first car and had to trade it in because of electrical problems then I switched it out for another car and they still haven't fixed what was wrong nor did what they were supposed to within the 30 days. Im supposed to pickup my car today and it was promised by 6:00pm and its now 6:11pm. Also don't ever state you have a problem or the manager (Eddie) will make it your fault. If your car doesn't get fixed in the time promised they wont even escalate the problem to upper management. So buyers beware and if you must absolutely have to buy a car make sure you pay for the extensive warranty which will cost you $1500 up front on top of your downpayment. I honestly wouldn't of gave this place one darn star but yelp makes you. The whole 2 hours Ive been sitting here waiting for my car there have been 2 customers that came in for brake issues. They also were going to sell a car to 2 younger guys and the car didn't start right when they started. Can you say the words "Lemon Law", and poor customer service!!! So heres a update the car still isn't here and I've been here since 4:00pm and they are trying to tell me it takes from 2:30 to past 7:00pm to get up to Santa Ana and back to Escondido thats a total of 5+ hours there wasn't any traffic because I did a Map-quest on the route Update from last night the dealership was supposed to return 4 speakers to me which were Memphis speakers and they gave me 2 Pioneer speakers which I never bought and on top of that the person they had do the work for my alarm messed my car more i got locked out of my car because the car locked by itself with the keys in the ignition read more

We needed a car and Mike got us in a good car, at a good price during difficult circumstances. This was 6 months ago. The car has not had any major problems, or needed more than maintenance. I am grateful to Mike. read more

Thank you so much Hector and Eddy . For getting me a truck I though I couldn't get . My tundra came with low miles and warranty. I honestly love my truck. This place is trash. They treated me like shit, talked to me like I had no idea what I was talking about because I'm female. They sold me a shitty car that now needs over 4,500 dollars worth of repairs. They are all horrible, even Eddie, who is in charge of everything. They have a crappy, lazy service guy who will only fix what you say might be wrong. So if you have an obvious power steering problem, but all you complain about is your breaks, that's all he will fix. Never go here. Save time and money, don't make my mistake. Go somewhere else! read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS AND SELLS MESSED UP CARS AND THEY CLAIM TO BE " clean tittle " yea on paper cause they fix them themself and sell them to you with a clean tittle AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH THE SERVICE MANAGER "ray" is a piece of shit person I went in cause I couldn't get my trunk to open to see if they can help me and this were he's words " what do you want me to do about it " in a mean way and just walked off when I try to explain he ignore me and kept walking that I went in cause they said they would help me with any problems . THEY DO NOT HELP YOU AT ALL ASS SOON AS YOU SIGN YOURE ON YOURE OWN NOT WORTH BUYING FROM THEM IS WAY CHEAPER AT A REAAAAL DEALER I learned that the hard way don't fall for it read more

I am very skeptical of used car dealers.. as most people are. Mike was very helpful! I was able to view the inventory online and call and ask any questions about vehicles. The car I was looking at and almost 100% sure of was sold the day before I was able to come in... Mike called me to let me know that the car was being sold but that he would help me find something that was better. And he did! I traded my car in... which they gave me a very good price for! I was impressed by their selection and their professionalism. I have horrible credit and they worked with me! No pressure... and I drove off the lot with a 2014 Nissan Altima! Love my car! I'm very happy with this place! read more

This review is long overdue, do NOT come here unless you're looking to buy a lemon car!!! I came here because my old car was starting to die after 12 years, they let me trade my old scrap car and some cash for a down payment on a used car from their lot(maybe the only upside from my experience with them), indeed they were able to find me one at a decent but steep price but with a high interest rate since it was my first dealership/lot buy, and got me driving off the lot the same day. After that, I wish I had driven it more often than I did in the beginning because not even 3 whole months or even an oil change away, the engine started to click rapidly while driving to work due to the bearings spinning out and creating rod knock, then I had to tow it to a shop and get the engine replaced and the bad battery and fading alternator we discovered replaced as well, costing me thousands of dollars in parts and labor, It was devastating. I called them to ask about the latest oil change since they stated that they did it themselves before selling the car but if it did then why did it crap out not even driving it a few thousand miles? it wouldn't make sense. they told me on the phone that I need to learn to drive it properly and that maybe I rev the engine or drive it too hard but wow. I told them they clearly sold me a lemon car and the manager got upset and told me I signed the waiver on buying in as is condition (which is their protection for selling lemon cars) then he told me theres nothing else they will do for me. Their mechanic is lazy, a liar, and a cheat along with the rude salesman I had once I showed a little hesitation once I was about the sign the contract, and so is the manager who lets all this dishonesty happen, go somewhere else and do all homework before buying at places like these. read more

I just stopped bye to browse and ended up getting approved to get a vehicle (with the little credit I have they managed to help me out and get me into a car). I had a great experience with this dealer. I was about to sign the contract at another dealer when I came across the car I was looking for. I called them and explained the situation. They offered to finance me at a lower interest than my bank and a better deal than the one I was getting offered. I explained that I was about an hour and a half away because they were going to close in an hour. They said don't worry just go home and we can bring the car to you tomorrow. I was in complete shock when they proposed that because I live in the Moreno Valley Area. We talked about the specifics; price of car, interest rate, down payment, warranties, and car history; before the car arrived. They had everything ready to answer any question I had and they also provided a Carfax report and DMV report showing the history of the car. Not only did they come to my house they also gave me $20 for gas and when I asked for another favor of putting the down payment on my credit card to get the 1.5% cash back they had no problem with it. I have never received such excellent customer service from any dealership. I strongly recommend working with Raul in sales and Eddy the Manager. They truly will go the extra miles to make a deal, literally. On top of that they gave me a 1000 mile/ 1 month warranty bumper to bumper. But like anything else you need to do your research when buying a car. I didn't have to haggle with them but that's because I knew my information before hand. 1 my credit score 2 calculated where I wanted my payment to be 3 my own financing from my bank so they can compete for a lower interest rate 4 did research and compared vehicles to kbb.com 5 offered a down payment to motivate them to make the deal At the end of the day they gave great service. I strongly recommend this dealer and will be going back for future purchases. Thanks again guys. read more

This place owes me $1000 and still does. So I bought my car from this place let me tell you how it is. I don't have a CA ID, I don't have a driver's licence , I didn't even have my birth certificate on me and I bought a 2013 Acura ilx.a good car but I have a tax exemption for because I live on the I indian reservation and they haven't given me my taxes back yet. They said the 1st of January roughly 2 weeks after one of there employees came ONTO MY RESERVATION seeking the form so naturally I had one given to us by the tribal hall. So come 1st I ask they said "its corporate"(whatever that means)and told me to wait till the following Wednesday. So I do then come Wednesday they say the same and to call Friday so they told the following Monday.I'm getting a little tired of wait I actually show up Monday and they tell me they'll have it today soooooo here we are...today. they give me same "it's corporate and a lot of paperwork" and asked me for the form again so I'm goin to viejas and I'm going to get them that paper they already have .These guys take advantage of people who won't have legal representation and will take your money and they're good customer service they promote dissapears. I definitely would recommend going somewhere else I've been making my payments I haven't even done anything to them but they are doing me for my money. read more

These guys are awesome i bought 2 cars from there. I bought my 04 G35 with bald tires and they hooked it up then my headlight was out and they fixed that too!!! Ray you are the greatest read more

I bought my BMW 4/30/15. It literally stopped working on me 4/31/15. I was stranded downtown. I called the dealership, and they say it may be the battery since the cars do sit on the lot for a while. I say "Ok". I call a AAA to give me a jump. My AAA representative does a diagnostic on my car because the car keeps shutting off. The agent shows me the results and the problem is the Alternator. The alternator charger the battery and since the alternator is bad no matter how many jumps I get my car will not stay running long. I call "Ray" the service manager with the information. He says ok you have a 30 day warranty so bring it in. I only have 10 miles worth of tow. I ended up paying $327 for my tow that day. I get to the dealership and they give me a new battery even after I tell them what the problem was and show them my diagnostic print out from AAA. They say AAA is wrong, but refuse to show me their test saying me alternator is good. I tell "Ray" personally I cannot afford to have this car towed back up here. I need your word this proposal fixed. He says to me yes. If it happens again call me personally. I leave the dealership. I drive my car for literally 24 hours and the same thing happens. This time it shuts off on the freeway. I'm in the middle lane with my son in the car and he is terrified. I am terrified. Some good samaritans help me get to the side of the road. I immediately call the dealership, and of course the service department is closed. A salesperson named "Mike" tells me to get it towed. There goes another $300. AAA does another diagnostic and it's the alternator. My car had just been running off that new battery and when that ran out it shut off on me. We could have seriously been hurt. At the dealership the salesman Mike expresses they have been having problems with the service department. He apologizes and gives me some nasty dirty trade it that smelled like cigarette smoke. It literally had McDonald cheeseburger wrapper trash in the back. It was filthy. I was in no position to turn down the vehicle. We were stranded in Escondido and has no way to get back to El Cajon. As I'm leaving Mike tells me the service department will follow up with me the following day (Monday). I did not hear from them by noon, so I call and leave a message. I did not hear anything. I call the next day. I do not get a return call then either. The lack of communication was ridiculous. They had my vehicle and did not bother to tell me what the status was or when I would get it back. Three days into me having that "loaner vehicle" it broke down on me! I called the dealership and let them know. The office manager Eddie said he would send a tow truck or someone to give me a jump. At this point I had exhausted all my AAA call on a vehicle I had less than two weeks. He never called me back and I missed two days of work. I left messages for two days. I finally got in touch with my sales person and he told me he felt should bring it back because of all I had been through with the vehicle, and he would also be seeing if the loaner vehicle could be jumped, and he would drive that back up to Escondido. He brought a technician from the service department with him, but he didn't bring me any paperwork on what was done with my vehicle or anything. Lastly, a week later my Check Engine Light comes on the vehicle. I call the dealership be use the vehicle is still under warranty. I speak with "Ray" again. He proceeded to say he doesn't know what to tell me because they are not equipped to diagnose and fix the problem. I said "excuse me?". My car is still under warranty. It is not running correctly, so I need to bring it in. He tells me again he cannot help me. He suggested I take it to a BMW dealership. And states that the warranty was really only meant for instances when my vehicle stopped running. I was in disbelief. I asked Ray to speak to Eddie to General Manager, but he was not in yet. In the meantime I took my vehicle to BMW to diagnose the check engine light. It cost me $99 and the total to fix the cause of it is $1500. I call the dealership back and get Eddie on the phone and he tells me that the service department can fix my vehicle and that Ray was just busy, and was probably mistaken. He gives me his email address and asks me to send him my paperwork from BMW, and he will follow up with me. I sent him this paperwork 5/28/15 and have yet to hear back from the dealership. Which is why I have filed a complaint with the BBB. They failed to honor their warranty and turned a happy experience into one from Hell and they don't seem to care about it at all. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! read more

bought a VW this year from them, it was advertised as a CPO , they cant certify VW since they are not a authorirzed dealer. Then I was promised the car would be detailed etc Not. Eddie told me they changed the tires but instead they swtiched out all 4 tires and rims and put on 16" rims instead of what the car should of had and that is 17". As soon as I got on the freeway my tire sensor light came on and I had to stop in temecula and have my tires looked at. I was informed that they had put in 50 lbs in the tires and I was lucky the tires did not blow. 4 weeks later I did not get my lic plate so i called and i was told oh cause the car came from out of state it needs a smog check. So i had to drive 300 miles round trip so they could smog it i was promised a wash etc since i had to drive all the way down there and they did not do it.. They did not do nothing to make sure this car was ready to be sold. did not come with a owners manual, a 2nd key etc. nor did they check to make sure all lights were working. I now have to go spend $1500 for the right size wheels and rims for a passat, pay to get a owners manual which you do need for this car read more

I give them 1 stars because they helped me finance a car with my terrible credit score, but that's all the positive feedback I'll give them. They sold me a Toyota Prius , a hybrid vehicle that advertises 50 miles per gallon on average, the car that I got from quantum ? 37 MILES PER GALLON. The car was overdue for an oil change and the hatchback has a leak where water gets in every time I go trough a car wash. The car also needed new brakes and pads.. I trusted quantum auto sales to give me a car that was ready to drive on the spot. Now I'm stuck with a bad car they're not willing to fix and a high interest loan. I tried contacting them several times giving them a change to fix their errors . But they never got back to me. Overall worst dealership ever. I recommend any potential customers to stay away, and if you're really desperate for a vehicle, take a pre purchase mechanic so you won't have to deal the problems I have now. read more
