While the meal was good overall, we ran into a few minor hiccups. I was going to chalk it up to an off day and move on, but the restaurant sent me a post-dining feedback survey, so I filled it out honestly. To my absolute surprise, I received the following response from Jessica Treadway in Guest Services: "We are in receipt of your recent Wisely review which prompted a review of your previous comments. While we understand you dine frequently, it seems you are often under the impression that we have missed the mark in one capacity or another. This is unfortunate as our goal is always to exceed our guests' expectations. In relation to your most recent comment, we always cut our burgers in half unless our guests request otherwise. That said, given the frequency of your displeasure, we believe it is best if you find alternative dining arrangements moving forward. We are in the business of providing excellent food and service to those who appreciate what we offer, and it is clear our restaurant is not in line with your dining preferences. Thank you for your time, and we wish you well." Needless to say, telling a loyal customer of nearly 30 years to "find alternative dining arrangements" simply for providing constructive feedback on a survey is an astonishing approach to customer service. Subsequent attempts to reach Hillstone management went unanswered (despite receiving email read receipts). It is incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after decades of support. Went there for the 1st time last night. After reading reviews we decided to try it. I found it to be excellent. The food and service were stellar. I didn't find it noisy at all. Dining room had a nice warm feeling and the bar/lounge area seemed to be happening. I had the veal chop which I thought in the beginning was a bit pricy but after having it for dinner I can see why, it was probably the best I've ever had. It's worth every dollar. My wife had the chicken martini which by the way it's outrageously delicious. The stuffed figs and filet mignon tidbits were exceptional. We topped off our dinner with the poached pear and spoke crisp for dessert. Will definitely be going back and can't wait. I wish I could give it 10 stars if I could. The server was extremely helpful and on point. I guess whatever people didn't like in the past has now been corrected. Hope this place stays around for a long time. Went there on Thursday for Happy Hour and stayed all night. Called a few freinds and had an amazing meal. We had sevral appetizers and entrees. We had the filet mignon tidbits which we loved, actually ordered 2 more orders, and the Veal Chop parm. The bronzino was grilled just right and seasoned perfectly. The music in the bar was just right and everyone had a great time. This place is my new favorite. The staff was extremely friendly and on point.. We didnt order the 259 platter which i wish we did, it looked dynamite. From taste to presenation we couldnt have asked for anything better. Will be going more frequently. Was not disappointed at all, first off 50 bucks for 4 people, where can you go and spend 50 bucks for 4 people? I spent 33 bucks at Wendy's the other day for me and my kid. So 50 bucks for 4 people for 3 courses in awesome! We got the ceasar salad, which was good and they gave us plenty of dressing and didn't skimp on the croutons or cheese. Next was rigatoni with oil and garlic and I gotta say I don't know what they did to the roasted garlic but it was amazing, like I was picking all the little pieces out of the pan it was so good. Then we got the sausage and peppers and if that wasn't enough they threw in meatballs with it as well. There was more than enough food for the 4 of us and we are big eaters. The sauce was so good and that fact that we eating at home I could soak up all the sauce in my bread without fear of being stared at by other patrons. We plan on ordering again and plan on going to dine in as well, the place looked newly remodeled and was quite cute inside. 5 out of 5!

The linguini was a solid plate of pasta. Linguini, clams, sauce. It tasted exactly how you expect it would and the pasta was cooked well. The cavatelli was much more interesting to me. The different textures and flavors really made it a joy to eat. The pasta was al dente while some of the sausage had some crispy bits to it. And the broccoli rabe kind of made me feeling like I was eating somewhat healthy The ambiance was nice if not a little dated. Not bad though, it was cozy. I'd come back, but not too often. It's pricey.

Third, lobster with linguine. It was good. But the presentation should be better. I am not sure if I would go back. I reached out to my friend who recommended it, and she replied that it has not been as consistent lately as it used to be, and they were also disappointed.
