Great store for stylish and discount clothing. There are always new styles coming to the racks so shop weekly! The store went from 3 or 4 floors to 2 so it is tight. Have patience when shopping! It's somewhat sensation overload but if you have the time, you will find some gems!! Love the sweaters and shoes and PJs here. Check it out!

Very similar to H&M, with a touch of CHILDREN'S PLACE. My kids are old now, but they have a lot of affordable clothes for children. Multi floors, and well organized and set up.

2 floors. Women's and fitting rooms on the first floor. Men's, kid's, shoes and tons of other things along with more fitting rooms on the second floor. We love primark for it's high quality and low priced items.

Love their very affordable cool fashionable casual and and upbeat clothes. What I like about this store is they have everything from makeup bathing suits, gym wear and all men women and children's clothing. Prices are very affordable. I love coming here for a great bargain! Just bought hair brush for $2, 5 pair tights for $4... I mean it is cheap! Love it. They also have a place that you can sit down charge your phone for bored companions.

my family always jokes that you could fly somewhere with no bags and buy everything you need at Primark. establishing Primarks in the U.S. is a sweet treat. Is it chaotic in there? Yes. Is the line for dressing rooms long? Absolutely. However, Primark is the better and cheaper version of H&M. They have everything from trendy clothes to souvenirs to home decor. My items from Primark have lasted me a very long time despite how cheap they were. I will continue to rave about Primark until I find something that really bothers me. Do NOT sleep on their denim section!!

The Harry Potter Shop inside Primark is amazing!

Primark is a good store to visit if you know what to expect. The prices are very low, but the quality control isn't the best. I've bought clothes there that I've been happy with, but you have to look closely and try on everything...I have noticed some differences between two different items in the same size and the occasional seam on a sweater that isn't straight. Unfortunately, the lines for dressing rooms can be quite long. My husband really likes Primark for simple things like dress socks, though, and I'm giving them an extra star because of the Harry Potter Shop. As a huge Harry Potter fan, I love visiting that section!!!

I so bought the sparkly outfit

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH PRIMARK IN THE USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a soft spot for Primark, my husband and I had to emergency buy clothes for our honeymoon in Scotland after Delta lost our luggage for 4 days (still not over it, clearly). When I saw there was a Primark in Boston, I HAD To visit, and was not disappointed. Not as much stuff as they have at Primark's in the UK, but still a big fan. The store definitely needed to install more bathrooms though, because that line was ridiculous. Lots of cute clothes, many floors to cover, you can be in here for a while. I'll be back on my next trip downtown.

I've browsed through Primarks in London so pretty excited to have this open. The outside is super nice and clean, and the inside is very organized and spacious. Not sure if it was just for opening day, but they were just teeming with staff. I was afraid it was going to be a mad house, but they were just so overstaffed with people folding and cleaning constantly that it stayed organized throughout the day. There was still quite a bit of disorganization (a lot of stuff was mis-categorized or hung in the wrong section, and for some reason the small sized coats were at the top rack out of reach??) but I was overall super impressed with the state of the store. The fashion itself is a cross between Charlotte Russe and American Eagle. For women, lots of military jackets and long cardigans. The store has a really prominent light blue theme and is HUGE. Seriously just SO MANY CLOTHES it was almost overwhelming. Staff didn't really seem to actually know much - I asked one person where the camel coat in the ad was and she could only point me to the coats section. But given how new they are, definitely understandable. I think for the price (a LOT of stuff is under $20, even under $10) I can't realllllly complain about quality, but I'm going to anyways. Most of the stuff looks pretty good, but its more something you wear for how it looks and less for its ability to last past a season. There were plenty of super cute things that I didn't think would hold up to going through the spin cycle twice. But yes, Primark is cheap cheap cheap which is really great if you're trying to stock up on more seasonal fashions. I wouldn't expect the jackets I get here to last me through the winter, but they definitely look pretty good if I want to change it up from my usual North Face for fall. Overall, super duper excited that Primark has opened!

The store is four floors of wonderfulness! It literally has everything...from workout to sleepwear to luggage and home decor. I attended the grand opening and the workers were all cheerful and so helpful, it really made it a great experience. For those that aren't familiar with Primark it is a UK based store, and I've heard great things about it so I was more than excited to learn that one was opening in Boston. The styling of the clothing is very UK, it's simple, everyday type clothing. If want something elaborate or standout-ish, you most likely won't find that here. They have all the basics: classic sweaters, crew neck t-shirt, ripped knee jeans, cardigans, flats, pumps, booties, bags, you name it. Endless selection of leggings and tights, and they also have a children's section. In terms of quality I would say it's a generous step up from H&M. The clothes seem nicely made and that they will last awhile. The setup and sectioning of the store is clean and very organized. The variety of styles is endless. Plus everything is reasonably priced and there's something for everyone. Great store!

    Looking for woman's scrubs?

I was just there the other day and walked through all the floors and didn't see any scrubs.

Does primark sell records? Because I searched up record stores and found this.

No...I've never seen records at Primark. It's a department store with mostly clothing and some household goods.

I gave this place 5 stars despite the faults because it is much better quality than stores such as Forever 21.

We walked into a compact but thoughtfully arranged space, with shelves filled with soft toys, accessories, and carefully selected items that felt more intentional than a typical retail store. The atmosphere was cozy and slightly whimsical, making browsing feel relaxed and personal, and the warm lighting and neat displays encouraged us to slow down and look through everything. The selection is the main draw, especially if you are looking for baby gifts or collectible plush toys. The Jellycat section stood out immediately, with a wide range of characters and styles that made it easy to spend more time than expected just looking through everything. We found ourselves picking up different plush toys and noticing the quality and charm that the brand is known for. Beyond that, there were baby clothes and giftable items that felt well curated rather than overwhelming in quantity. Because the store is small, the experience felt very direct and easy to navigate. It was not the kind of place where you rush through aisles, but more somewhere you slowly look around and pick up items that catch your attention. There was also gift wrapping available, which made it convenient if we were buying something for a present. Service can vary depending on the visit, with some experiences feeling very welcoming and helpful, while others may feel a bit more inconsistent. During our visit, the staff were friendly and available when we had questions, and the intimate setting made interactions feel more personal. The pace of the visit stayed relaxed, and the overall energy of the shop felt calm and inviting. Overall, Tiny Hanger is a charming boutique best suited for baby gifts and Jellycat collectors. The curated selection and cozy atmosphere make it an easy place to browse, even if the experience can feel slightly inconsistent depending on the visit. It is the kind of store that rewards a slow, intentional browse, and the quality of the items makes it a reliable stop for a thoughtful gift or a small treat for yourself.
