Three has since oassed (2 due to age, 1 sick), currently Whitney (our miniature schnauzer) and Maibel (rescue dog) go to Brittany every 5 weeks. Both girls and our other dogs always look great! Desiree was right on time as expected, communication was impeccable, charges were fair and very competitive, payment was easy afterward, Desiree is super sweet, and Kenny Wayne looked like the rockstar that he is!!! Afterward I quickly got him on her schedule for groom #2 which took place yesterday and it went even better which I honestly didn't think was possible. Two couldn't finish the groom and the third refused to groom him at all. I was recommended this place and drove 20 miles to get to it. I highly recommend. They did a fantastic job. He got a full haircut. I've attached a photo of the 5lb Maltese. He is small but mighty.

There is no greeting, nothing. I understand they are busy, but a simple, "Hello someone will be with you shortly." Is simple. Every time I walked into this establishment, I would say hello after going unnoticed. The owner or manager (the one that does the coloring) has looked up at me on several occasions and continued working. There was no hold on, someone will be with you, no smile, nothing. It just doesn't make you feel welcomed there. I give stellar customer service because I appreciate every customer that walks in my establishment. When someone finally comes to the counter, you're rushed. They charge if you're 15 minutes late, but they don't even work on your pet until hours after your appt. I will be finding another groomer that actually welcomes their customers and show their love for your pets.
