However, the service felt very rushed and didn't feel much different from a basic pedicure aside from a sugar scrub that was nice. However, my toe was accidentally cut during the service and alcohol was sprayed on it three separate times which was quite uncomfortable. The gel polish was uneven and began peeling the same night. Overall, while the people were kind, the experience didn't meet my expectations for the price, and I don't plan to return.

While being done after having already asked multiple times for other things to be adjusted, I finally just gave up when asked if I was ok with the design. The ELEMENTARY level work should be able to be done in a nail technician's sleep. Yet, somehow, this was not the case for me. I'm preparing for a very busy week ahead of me, including day so I was already at the point of just getting done what I came to do - including my toes - and getting it over with. When it came to my toes, the base coat I requested was forgotten ‍ Now, time to pay, I simply asked if they're really going to make me pay an extra $10 for this design? To which I was confronted by the owner in a VERY RUDE manner, threatening to call the police. FOR WHAT?! I asked a simple question. Moral of the story, when they ask if you're ok with what they're doing, keep on them and be strict because these places will play in your face if you're too kind.

Now, I'll stop in for a pedicure. They just got new chairs and they're very comfortable. Everyone always does a great job. On my last visit, my nail tech checked to make sure I liked the polish color before continuing. They also made sure that they weren't hurting me while they were working magic on my toes. They are clean and have great prices and do a quality job.

My best friend mentioned to me that her friend went to an amazing nail tech that owns her own shop in Merriam, KS and she did an amazing job! When she mentioned the name Michelle and the salon she used to work at, I knew that was my Michelle from so many years ago. Needless to say, I've been going to Michelle since August 2021 and will stay with her for as long as she's available. She even remembered me!!! She's super fast, makes online appointments and does OUTSTANDING designs and great work!
