My nails are not the same shape and there is glue peeling and chipping around a few of the nails on both hands. I also had some irritation from where a nail grinder was used on the skin around my nails. Although I had pictures to show what I wanted (matte with a glossy tip), the tech did glossy at first, I showed her the picture again and she did the opposite of the picture.
