We made appointments for pedicure and nails for two. I had called to see if we could move our appointments, but they were "booked." That was ok, we kept our appointments. However, when we arrived, they continued to take walk ins, looked after them before taking care of us, and told my daughter-in-law that they did not have time to do her nails the way she wanted them. Today was the first time I ever used this place I noticed she never cleaned under my toenails I had a pedicure done if that's what you want to call it it's the worst I've ever had I wish I would have looked at my toenails before I left but I did when I got home and it looked like my 3-year-old granddaughter did it.the older lady is the one that did my pedicure. Slow service, tech kept leaving my nail service to service a pedi client, then back, not sure if she washed her hands, not impressed. Kind of a saucy attitude, not very friendly, never smiled. I USED to be a regular here, and USED to love the service. Today i go in Helen starts my service, (polish color chosen and all) then gets up and serves a woman who walked in asking about the price for a pedi and how long was the wait. Helen leaves me to tend to her as if she wasn't already servicing me. Nick then gets up and tells me that i will have to wait longer because another person walked in. I point out the fact that i got pushed back for a walk in pedi, he LIES and says she had an appointment. He lied right to my face as if i didn't hear her ask the price and wait time 10 mins ago she did NOT have an appointment . Might i add my service was going to cost more than that 27.00 pedi, and she was NOT a regular like me so the chances of her coming back are slim. Nick and Helen were flat out rude, I will NEVER EVER go back and urge everyone to not patronize Essie nails! read more

First time I went there I waited but not too long. Second time I called and he said come over no wait. So when got there I waited while he took care of 3 people and left me sitting waiting over an hour, he does a nice job on the nails but he seems to be the only guy doing the nails. I don't believe him next time he says come over because that is not true. Just say come over in an hour and ten minutes or tomorrow would be better. Then maybe you will get my business otherwise forget it. I know you are busy but you are not the only one busy, your customers are busy too. read more

The first time I came here I had a good experience but today I received horrible customer service. Went in to see about getting a full set and as I walked in I was greeted by a women who just said "hello what do you want?". I told her what I wanted and all she says is "I don't have time bye" and just goes back to what she was doing. Didn't ask if I would like to come back or make an appointment. I was honestly shocked because I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer that way. Definitely won't be back.
