Went in for a pedicure last week and two days later my toe starts hurting well I looked more closely and it's now infected. I am known to have ingrown toenails well I had asked the gal that was doing my pedicure to just not pick/dig at them. I was on my phone to distract myself because I'm very ticklish and really wasn't paying attention. Well she did pick/dig at it and now I am in pain and dealing with an infection, I can hardly put socks on let alone shoes. I didn't get polish and still paid $55! I will not be going back! read more

This is my third time giving this place a try and it will be my last. Sat me in a chair for almost 40 minutes before I was seen. You could have told me the wait time at the door. Every time I come it's different staff. Every time I come they fuck up my polish. There is residual polish left all over my skin from her "attempt" to clean up the bad polish job. I usually frequent this place for the eyebrow waxes, but finally tried a pedicure here instead of my other spot. I am so glad I did. I got a basic pedicure for $26 and Natalie was so good. I had some specific requests about nails being shorter and she had to pick my color out for me because I was braindead and forgot. She didn't complain at all or make faces (you guys know what I'm talking about) that made me feel bad for asking. She was so accommodating and great. I brought my own headphones this time to put spa music on because they had the tv on (not very relaxing to me). So I'd suggest the same if you're trying to relax. No spa music in this salon like some others have. They also didn't have a drink menu like my normal salon. Buuut I'm still 100% making this my new salon as long as I call and get Natalie next time! PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE!!!!! I rate this place -20. I was disrespected. The manger and Owner John did my nails and he made me pay before I got my nails done. He did not give me a receipt and when I did not like how something looked he attempted to give me the brush and said "here you go you do it yourself if you want it so bad" he was on FaceTime the whole time. He made me cry while he was doing my nails because of how awful he treated me. I absolutely hate my nails and how uncomfortable he made me feel. He made me pay $95 dollars for my nails and they look so awful. I was getting them done for my birthday. And now have to go somewhere else to get them before Friday. I just got the best pedicure of my life! I worked 16 hours yesterday and my feet were so sore. Being a nurse, I am on my feet most of the day. This pedicure was so relaxing! They sanded my feet with this awesome machine. The deep tissue massage given to me by the gentleman was everything I needed and more. Oh my gosh! I am so incredibly grateful. I went to this salon based on the good reviews and was very disappointed. The man who managed the salon was gruff and I separated my daughter and I to sit down for our manicures. This was on Thursday, 12-27-18. Last night at my son's wedding I noticed that every one of my nails were discolored at the tips. I have been going here every week and a half to two weeks for the last few months because of the location being close to work and home. The same man has been doing my nails almost every time. He usually doesn't say much, which I'm fine with because I don't see conversation as important during the process. I've had to wait, I don't mind that either. I pick my color and we get started. Pretty standard on every visit. The last time I went in, I asked for a couple little daisies on two nails just to change it up a little and he was clearly irritated. He was also clearly irritated that I took a little longer picking my color so I felt very rushed. We sit down to get started on the fill and he's using the little drill thing and is hurting me, which has never happened before. I flinched on the second nail and he aggressively repositioned my hand. This happens on about every other nail. Finally I said, "you're hurting me." It didn't really get any better. He was in a mood from the moment I walked in and I felt like me being there was an issue. He goes to put the little white flower on my nail and can't do it. I said, "it's no problem if you can't, I can go without it." He asks the other man to come help him out with it. He sits down, looks at the picture and says, "you want me to be an artist and that's not what we do." Again I said "it's not a big deal, just thought I'd ask." He huffs and puffs for a few minutes and says "there" gets up and walks away. It wasn't what I wanted but I wasn't going to fight this battle that day. I paid and I left. I will never go back because I was treated terribly over something really avoidable. They've never gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable there, so it isn't too much of a loss. I made an appointment with a few friends. They got two of us in rather quickly and had many nail polishes to pick from. The lady that did my nails maybe said a total of 5 words to me the whole time, you could tell she was sick and didn't want to be there. She totally butchered my nails and cut my finger. Most are crooked and not all the same length. I asked for my nails pointed but round, my nails are all different shapes and sizes. Some are so pointed I could accidentally cut myself. The last time I visited was 12/2021. I only made appts with Jennifer as she is amazing. It was just harder and harder to get in with Jennifer so I went to another salon closer to my house. I thought I would try again and made an appt with Jennifer. I walked in 15 minutes early and Jennifer was working on someone. John had told me Jennifer would be 30-45 minute and I responded that was fine and I'll wait. At 12:15, John told me to sit at station 5. A gal started working on my nails, soaking and taking polish off. Didn't think much of it because when someone is behind, another tech will help out with the removal, etc. This tech continued from start to finish, I asked if she would cut them down, she said she's filing them, she asked if I wanted my cuticles done?? Seriously, this has always been included. Then at the very end, the tech tells me to put each hand back under the dryer 2 or times. She never came back. While I'm sitting there, the gal beside me asked where Lisa and Alice were. They said Lisa called in sick and another girl chimed in, that's why I'm with Jennifer, because my appt was with Lisa. At this point, I'm very irritated that I was bumped for someone that was not only getting a mani but a pedi as well. Sine my tech never returned, I asked Jennifer if I was done and she said yes. I asked if they do not apply lotion any longer. Jennifer said Oh, she didn't apply lotion? John came over to apply the lotion and I paid and left. I'm not picky or high maintenance with design, just basic color. The entire staff was cold, rude and no friendliness at all. I have never felt this way visiting this place. Obviously it has changed and I will never be back. John knows who I am and was a total jerk (as he always is). It's sad people continue to give them their money when the treatment is so ugly. They did fine on my nails but the environment was just uninviting. They were quick to judge and didn't say anything when i told her i liked the nails, plus they didn't bother to make conversation. Based on the pedicure alone: FIVE STARS! They have a great selection of options which I like. I chose a mid-range stone pedi with gel polish. Even with my feet being super crazy ticklish, he was able to put my toes into perfect shape. The calf massage was beyond any that I've had recently (we just moved here about 2 months ago from NY and this one just puts the ones I had back there to shame!) Also got a fill on my nails and I must say I'm pleased. I have tried a couple of places here for my nails previously but this one I think just became my favorite. I will add I am super picky about my hair and nail services...I'm a previous hairdresser and esthetician, so my previous training and job experience lends me a keen eye. I was able to walk in and get a pedicure and fill. Both came out beautifully and I will definitely be coming back.

I asked for clear gel. Example OPI gel nails but no color. Instead I got a manicure with a clear "top coat" that was light cured. It peeled off taking a layer of my nail. I paid 30 so I assumed I got gel. Make sure they understand what you want. When I ask about it when I was leaving he tried to make it seem like I wanted acrylic which I didn't I called OPI there is no powder involved in a gel manicure or like he tried to say that that's what I wanted. They do not use OPI products and it is not a true gel manicure if you want one do not go to the salon. It was sloppy when it went under the UV light burned the top of my nail and it's peeling off already and it's only been two hours. My actual nails were not filed down properly and it's overlapping on my cuticle and that's making it peal off I have included photos to show exactly what I got to do not recommend going to this place. read more

The women that work there are very nice & professional. I was there getting a pedicure & I was very happy was their service! John is my boy!! He hooks me up every time. I'm very picky about my acrylic nails and he always does a fabulous job!! I pay extra for the gel polish and it's so worth it. I stumbled upon this shop recently and I'm very happy with the services. Jon and his staff are very polite and he does a great job.

So normally I love this place but today was a different experience. I went in today after I've made an appointment for for for me and my little sister, she was getting her nails painted and I was getting a set of acrylics. After waiting over an hour they finally got to us at that time I just had my little sister get gel so then it would be quicker so they got her done in 10 minutes and then it took another hour for me to get mine done which is normal. But then they put my hands into the light in the smudged it and I said can you fix they said it would be another five dollars on top of the $45 I was already paying them. Keep in mind this was their mistake. Then they had the door open in a little kid was screaming outside so all the customers heard instead of shutting the door they just left it . Then the manager was constantly on the phone not paying attention to what he was doing and constantly was snapping at people. This is overall the worst experience I've ever had at this place. You can take your chances on if it's going to be a good day or a bad day read more
