The man who answered all my questions in a manner that wasn't rushed at all (whom I believe is the owner) was so pleasant. When I got there I quickly learned that the entire staff is that way! I couldn't have been happier since the last two salons (which are much closer to my house) were horrible experiences. The prices were unbeatable as well. I left the salon and accidentally left a very expensive piece of jewelry and one of the guys came racing out to my car to catch me to give it to me. Thank goodness for honest people! I was attracted to the lack of a television set and the modern decor. I will admit I was treated rudely when I initially walked in for my first visit. However, my technician, Henry, made me feel very welcomed and took great care with my nails. After that initial visit, I was serviced by 2 other ladies there that did horrible jobs on my nails. HORRIBLE! I learned to just make my appointments with Henry to avoid disappointment. Henry is very patient with me, offers me a beverage, and does small talk with me -- all of which I appreciate. Every time I get a design added -- which is not very often -- I get SEVERAL COMPLIMENTS from both men and women. When I get my (gel) nails done by Henry, they last the entire 2 weeks. I make jewelry as a hobby, and the only time my nails chip or break is if I am recklessly using them to manipulate metals instead using a tool. I highly recommend this salon, particularly Henry if you're getting standard polish or gel nails done.

I asked for a short french tip with dip and this is the result. During my visit I communicated that one of the tips were crooked and she told me to trust the process, I did, but the end result was the same. Personally I do like the people there and the prices are fair as I paid $45 for this set. I just wish the nails were much better. They look chunky, crooked and discolored in some areas.
