I have gotten my nails done here multiple times, but haven't gotten around to leaving a review. They are the best! The quality of the work remains consistent between technicians. They take their time and make sure that everything is exactly to your liking. From nail length to shape to color to the details of the designs, they are checking in with you every step of the way. The tech who did my beautiful nails this time around was so patient and careful. I really regret not catching their name. I got Gel X nails done in an almond shape with designs. They took the time to mix colors to give the stems more depth. The stems!! Even I wasn't thinking about the stems. It really shows you how passionate they are about their craft. It's situated in a really convenient location. It's a really big and open space, so you never feel cramped. They recently did renovations, and it's got a very minimalist feel to it which I love. The woman who did my nails was rushing, and didn't cure the colors in between while making those "flowers". The colors were bleeding into one another & they honestly don't even look like flowers at all... I was really disappointed with the outcome but was willing to just move on and find another salon. However, all of my acrylics started chipping, cracking, and one popped clean off after a week. Considering I was charged $80 for this fill, I expected better service and quality. read more

I really appreciated and enjoyed my spa pedicure from William. He was efficient and attentive in the process and the feet/leg massage I received from him was exceptional. I will definitely go back to have a spa pedicure again from William. I'm not a regular manicure person and didn't get one today. However, if you desire lots of nail color choices from a variety of manufacturers and in an easy way to view them then this is your place. I get a dip manicure every 2-3 weeks and have for years. I know the drill. I had to try Nail Show today because my regular place was booked. I should've just waited to get into my place. I did not have a good experience with Nail Show. I made an appointment for a dip manicure and arrived on time. My appointment maybe lasted 40 mins and I even had to soak my polish off. I barely got a manicure. I did not receive any cuticle work, no massage, no warm towel, no cuticle oils, and barely any shaping. My nails still had previous polish on them when the nail tech put on the new polish and dip. The polish is not smooth and is bumpy and smooshed. The nail tech files my nails so short that the skin on my finger beds are scratched and have broken skin. The business is not clean. The equipment the nail tech used on me did not come out of a sterilized bag. The nail clipper, file, and brush were all previously used and did not look clean. The tech table and towel was not clean either. There was actual dirt in the towel. There was also dirty and old roses in vases all over the salon with pungent water. I also noticed the salon reused a pedicure station without cleaning it for the next customer. I couldn't tell if my service was being rushed just for me or if they treat all customers this way. I would never recommend this place and I am so mad that I wasted my money here. read more

Came in on a Monday as a walk in for a regular pedicure. I'm 9 months pregnant and can't reach my feet very easily. The shop was lovely. Very clean and bright. Tracy was so friendly and professional and she did an excellent job with the pedicure. I'm really picky and I have zero complaints. Don't do what I do and not believe the negative reviews. This place does not even deserve the rating they currently have. I went in for a pedicure, they asked me which one I wanted, I chose the classic one but somehow I ended up paying for the sugar one and for gel on my toes when I never asked for it. So something that should've been $30 ended up costing me $52. Also, do not get me started on the dip. The technician I had told me she had been working there for a month and clearly she's never been a nail technician before because it was awful. I asked her to shape my nails short and round, and somehow they were all over the place. Another lady fixed them but they are still looking pretty bad, in addition, I chose a light lavender color but somehow my nails ended up being pink. Was a walk in and got dip tips. First time getting these and was extremely disappointed!! Sabrina is by far the most inexperienced tech I've ever encountered! She didn't listen when I told and showed her SEVERAL of my nails were crooked and some of them weren't even on the whole nail! She kept assuring me this would all go away after she was done with the final filing. Well it didn't. Nails were crooked, some didn't even cover the whole nail! After 2 days they were popping off!! Called to let them know what happened and they could not have cared less!! Would never recommend this salon! Not to mention for mine and a friends acrylic full set was over 150$!!! I've been to this shop a couple times and the consensus is the same. They are rude. Luna seems to be a manager... she's VERY rude. Hardly speaks, she isn't friendly,and spends her down time talking about customers. There are also two other women who spent their free time talking about customers near the pedicure area. I noticed all this as I was sitting and waiting to be serviced. I was told 5 minutes that turned into over 30! This is not convenient. I didn't even get an update on the time after waiting for so long. Although the nail service was okay the fact they enjoy speaking on others so outwardly is very unsettling. I made a pedicure appt for myself and my daughter for her birthday. 20min past the appt time I asked when they'd be ready. In 10 min they'd be ready for both of us. In the end my daughter got her toes done and 45 min after our appt someone was ready for me. I declined since my daughter was having her topcoat done at that time. read more

I went in last minute because I usually go somewhere else but the lady was booked! I googled and this came up and had great reviews so I decided to try them out! Big mistake one they charged me $130 for 2 which is $20 more from where I usually go get my mani Pedi ! They took 10 minutes maybe 15 min to do my pedi didn't touch my cuticles which is the main reason I get it done! They moved me to my mani once again they hardly touched my cuticles so moved in to doing the design on my nails I was 5 coats in and realized she wasn't getting my edges so I told her she said I know! You know so why aren't you getting my edges you can't go over after your done it's gel! Look else where people there are more affordable places that do an amazing job! it's really upsetting that they don't communicate at all about the pricing. I asked over the phone how much acrylic with gel is and they said 46. First off they charged me 50 and added so much stuff into it. They never once told me that designs would cost more. i showed them a photo of what i wanted and they never once told me anything. It would have been nice to know. Easily after i showed the picture they could have told me it was going to be more. secondly, the design i got costed me 20 dollars and it was the most simple thing. 20?! for what? it wasn't a very good design either. Also the length? the length of the nail cost money when we're u gonna mention that? the best part of that is i asked him to cut them down to medium and they were so long. so i asked if they could cut them more and he charges me extra to cut them ? Even after he said it was his fault and apparently when he was gonna file they would go down but they did not i ended up having to cut them myself at home. Which is ridiculous after what I had to damn pay for these. At this point i deserve a damn refund for how these look all because he could not simple do what i asked which is insane considering I'm PAYING YOU. What even worse is my friend was with me and I payed for hers Again no one told her any price change at all. They asked her if she wanted a manicure which makes no sense because she asked for dip with acrylic.....shouldn't the manicure be included with that? Since it's already 50 dollars for that? My friend said no cause she didn't understand how a muniure wasn't included and the lady told her she was doing it anyway AND got CHARGED MORE FOR IT???!!!! when she said no? like wtf and they charged for cleaning her cuticles but they never cleaned hers ? so why was i charged so much more for all of that. I went for a gel pedi. They didn't even clean under my toenails or remove dead skin around them barely clipped and the topper of all this is after he filed my toe nails he brought his mask down and blew on my toes. I've never had that happen before even in a pandemic but either way very weird. Charged me $42 bucks for that ordeal and not happy w my toes at all. It was in a Wed at 3 not busy 4 people in there and not friendly either. I won't b back. I would suggest they go have a pedi at The Nailery and see what it's all about. Would recommend 10/10!! Dom absolutely SLAAAAYED my nails. Was extremely professional and worked quickly. I'm very impressed. My only criticism is that there was a bit of clear nail polish around my cuticles that I had to scratch off myself.. but it is so hard to find great nail salons that I don't even care. I've never had an issue here and then my friend got her nails done and they tried to charge her for a flower design $82 and my nails were $84 which wasn't even worth it for how they look. Last minute decided to do something with my nails. I searched nail salons near me and this place came up. I decided to give them try, so glad I did everything was prefect!! They have the largest selection of nail colors to choose from, it was very clean and organized. You walk in the door and it's just wows you!! They also have the best massage chairs for pedicures in town! They do waxing too! Discount if you pay with cash and I used the atm inside the fee was only $1.99. Win for me! It started off okay then went downhill quickly. When i said something bothered me it was overlooked because the shape of my nails when that should not matter. The girl waited until the end to offer to fix them, but another stepped in with an attitude and said it looks fine. When it indeed looked horrible. I went here when they first opened and was so impressed. I have been back twice and it's been disappointing. My sister got a gel set and gel pedicure, I got gel Pedicure and it was almost the same price but I received a regular pedicure... then I went back with my daughter - it says full set $36 and when I went to pay it was $46 and charged for shaping and all I said was I just want a normal full set. So; there is no communication on prices or up charges and with the gel full set I didn't get cuticles cleaned up, no hand massage at the end... it was just disappointing and it felt like it was rushing to get through to other customers. The positive is the lady who did my daughters sang her happy birthday and cut out the ingrown nail from my thumb that was missed a few minutes before. If I could give them zero stars I would. Very displeased. I would love to share pictures of my beautifully done nails but unfortunately I couldn't even get them done. I scheduled an appointment in advance. My daughter and I were super stoked to get our nails done at this salon as it's been awhile for both us. When we arrived "on time" we were only directed to pick out our colors. Nothing else was mention that they may be running behind. While picking out colors there were several people who came in after us claiming to have appointments at 1pm (15 mins after ours) ALL those people who assisted before us. Which I would get if we were just walk ins but we like them had appointments! One of the employees came and took all the colors from us even though I told her I wasn't done picking mine. After waiting 30 minutes, and probably sever annoyed looks later my 11 year old and I were directed to two seats that completely split us up. She didn't feel comfortable about being in a different area of the salon, which who could blame her? Needless to say they didn't even care when we got up and walked out. So sad as they seem like they could do great work. However if you don't care to communicate with your customers, keeping you customers together that come together (especially children) or keep some kind of timely order, then why even go here?! I had a great first experience at nailSHOW, the first set I got was a solid dark purple and I got so many compliments on them I even recommend them to my friend. She went before Valentine's Day, her nails are the red ones pictured.. you can see her exposed nail through the heart and the heart doesn't even have a defined shape. She ended up having to go to the store and buy nail polish to paint over them. After seeing her nails I still went back because I thought it must've just been a mistake.. I went and asked for a nude to green ombré and the second picture is what I got, again you can see my nail and if u look even closer you can tell the dip was not blended. I'm so disappointed because I was really happy to have a nail salon so close to me that can do "Pinterest nails" but this just wasn't it. I met the owners Dom and Luna and they are wonderful but my past experience was not so much. After only having these nails for three days I'm excited to get them off and I'm sad bc I loved the design concept. read more
