What a treat! Amy and her staff provide professional and EXCELLENT service. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, the people friendly and warm. Come once, and I promise you will come again. Amy gives a lovely manicure and pedicure that lasts, and is accompanied by wonderful attention to detail. I can give you twenty reasons why I love this place...and they're all painted a gorgeous color! read more

Amy's Hand & Foot Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Lenexa, Kansas

really bad experience. I go to do self care and relax.... they seemed like they were all in a hurry . I got a manicure and within 5 hours, 3 nails are chipped. 3 of the employees We're all talking loud and at the same time. read more

Staff wasn't friendly and seemed put off that we came in, when the salon was empty. We got two signature pedicures ($37 each) and they didn't fully complete the service we requested (didn't do everything the service entailed of). Disappointed because this salon used to be our favorite spot, but we will no longer be going here. read more

Love Amy's! I've been going there for a couple of years. Ellen does a great job! Very friendly, clean and nice atmosphere.

I don't get many pedicures but I've had enough to know I shouldn't be left alone several times so employee could finish manicure on someone else. I also don't think they really did much to my nails other than clip them. No running blade under nail or shaving cuticles. Seemed like most of it was foot massage . Employees were very nice but I'll likely go somewhere else next time. read more

very friendly and eager to make sure you love your nails! truly love this place and it is so peaceful. I highly recommend getting your nails done here, they are all very sweet and do amazing work! read more

Amy's Hand & Foot Spa - Dip on my fingernails and gel/chrome on my toes!! So happy with them - Nail Salons Near Me - Lenexa, Kansas

When I think nail spa, this is what I'm talking about. I haven't been to many foot spas so maybe I'm not the most qualified review. For a first time experience however, it was great. I would definitely recommend! read more

Amy's Hand & Foot Spa - Lavender spa pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Lenexa, Kansas

Got a basic manicure, service was rushed and did not look neat, left extra cuticle and dead skin, no clear coat or buff. Wouldn't recommend.

I always get the best customer service and best quality nails when I got to Amy's! Everyone does a great job and I really appreciate their ability to get me in quickly!! Thank you everyone! read more

Amy's Hand & Foot Spa - The most perfect black nails EVER! - Nail Salons Near Me - Lenexa, Kansas

Went for a regular pedicure and was happy with it. The place is clean and they are friendly just nothing exceptional about it. It was only about 20 minutes so felt rushed but again they are very friendly and I was very impressed with the care they take in making sure everything is sanitized. They also have a great selection of polish colors. Two giant TVs if you go during football season as I did and a beautiful aquarium in the middle of the salon that added to the peacefulness. They prefer tips in cash, in fact you do not even get an option to add to your card so make sure you have cash on you. read more

Amy's Hand & Foot Spa - Regular pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Lenexa, Kansas

Amy did my "dip nails" and did a great job. It only tool a little over an hour. She made sure they were just as I wanted.

My friend recommended Amy's to me and because of its convenient location, I decided to try it. My pedicure was so relaxing and it was one of the best I have ever had. My nails were perfect too! What a fabulous find. I have become a faithful customer. read more

Last 3 times i got my nails dipped the clear coat came off and start cracking within a few days. I Brought to staff attention and tried to show them my nails but they just force soaked them without even looking. I gave them a few shots bc i like location and its clean. Lots of wasted money and time, i will not be back. read more

I've been loyal to Amy's for years but I'm going to find a new place. Made an appointment for a pedicure (I took the time they suggested the time) and the place was very crowded. Everyone who worked there was working on multiple customers at the same time so no one got enough attention. I got one coat of polish plus a top coat. Two hours later it was already streaky and did not cover my nails evenly. Everyone was friendly but very rushed and did not pay attention to details. Hope it improves but I won't be back for awhile. read more

Went today with a friend to get a pedicure and it was terrible! We both picked the regular pedicure and from there it was downhill, the entire pedicure took less than 15min. - what a joke, basically it was a nail polish change. Will not be going back. read more

I love the work they do! Nails always look really nice and lasts ! Mail polish never peels! Staff is friendly and courteous! Love this place

Rushed you through. Had a mani/pedi. Pedi was first one of the year for me.No time spent on my feet. They do not provide what the advertise ... luxury. Rush spa is more accurate. read more

Good pedi. I paid an extra for no chip and it has lasted over a month! They were able to get me in right away.

I've been getting manicures for over 40 years so I think I'm a pretty good judge of service/cleanliness / quality. Amy's is extremely clean (I've watched each basin be disinfected) all manicure tools come from a sealed bag. I've had about 15 manis from here and all lasted over 3 weeks! This is wonderful since in my job my hands are in water almost all day. Yes I try to make appointments but if I do walk in I appreciate that there may be customers before me. I'd rather be told to come back in an hour than sit and wait. They are a great addition to Lenexa! Give them a try. You'll love it! read more

The one star has it all wrong! This place is amazing! I have been there twice...yes I always made an appointment (duh, at nail places here in the kc area you should only made appointments!) and I have always been seen right at or before my appointment time. Note they are a little low on staff at this time...but that's because they just opened and I like to think that means that they are only looking to hire the best so they are being choosy ! I was super excited to see this place open right down the street from me...I actually brought my mom and sister on my second visit. Besides the other mentioned things above...it is SUPER clean and brand new with a really cool salt water fish tank in the middle of the store, competitive pricing as well. Great little place to get your nails done! I'll ONLY go here from now on. read more

I'm new to the area and came here to get my nails done after reading the Yelp reviews. After the first visit I would recommend this place to anyone! The facility is nice and the staff are super friendly. Amy takes the time to learn her client's names and makes sure to give you a friendly goodbye when you leave. I made an appointment both times I've gone and have gotten in right away. Also, both times I've gotten Kevin and he does an excellent job! After my second visit I made sure to get his name so I can request him the next time I go. I will definitely be a regular at Amy's! :) read more

Great pedicure. I got turned away from the salon that is closest to my house and was really in need of a pedicure Sunday. I called Amy's and was advised to "come on in". I have driven by Amy's many times and noticed the sign that says "appointments preferred", so I was pleasantly surprised when they welcomed me right in. I'm accustom to the walk-in process as so many nail salons work on this model. BUT I'm willing to adapt and overcome. Especially for this place. OMG! Best pedicure ever! Seriously the guy that did my feet was meticulous yet gentle. My nails look amazing. I will absolutely return here. read more

I always see Amy. What a beautiful place she has! It is the only hand and foot spa, I have been to that is so clean & is free of any chemical smells. She pampers me by always finishing with a nice light massage on my hands and arms when having a manicure. Thanks Amy! read more

Returned to this nail salon after a couple of years. Always a good experience in the past. Before arriving, I checked the cost of a basic manicure on their website-- $17. I was charged $18. I didn't question it because I figured that they hadn't updated their website. I gave the tech $18 + a $4 tip. While my nails were drying, I noticed that she recorded the service as a $17 manicure and a $3 tip. So....what is the accountability for the additional $2? Not making a big deal about it, but hope the owner reads this so that she is aware. Still a great nail salon in my opinion. read more

I scheduled a pedicure here last weekend and it was my first time in. I live nearby, so I was hoping I'd have a new place to stop and get my nails done. Right when I walked in the door, I wasn't greeted but told to wash my hands after a few minutes of standing there waiting. My pedicure then lasted maybe 20 mins and the effort was not there...you can tell my nail tech was rushing through trying to get me out of there. Very disappointed that this is what I paid for, I won't be back.. read more

Customer Service is here, folks!!! I've tried several places in the area and all are equally mediocre at best. Until I found Amy's. When you make an appointment, they are actually ready for you. Imagine that! :) plenty of staff to take care of appointments and walk-ins alike. They offer you water and did I mention they have candy out for the sweet tooth like me? Everyone is extremely friendly! At the same time, nobody will talk your head off and if you're like me and nail salons is your quieter catch-up time for yourself, you will love this place. Their hours are great too. I've given gift certificates to friends from here and everyone loved it. Most definitely recommend!! read more

Clearly says walk in welcome. I felt anything but welcome. I'm use to most salons having several people on hand to do nails and pedicures. When I walked in the people there just stared at me and finally who I presume is Amy said Yes? I asked if I could get a full set and without saying "can you wait awhile"? Can you come back? Can we schedule you an appointment? Or even having the courtesy to say I'm sorry we are pretty full or it's going to be Atleast an hour. Something like that instead she very annoyed said NO!!! We don't have time! Now I'm no rockstar but that's horrible customer service and stupidity on your part as a business owner. It's your job to go out of your way and take care of me whether you are busy or not you find ways to accomodate me or appease me. I as a customer pay your bills. So in the future you may want to rethink how you talk to people or maybe gain some customer service skills on how to resolve situations. You will never see me in there again and I sure as hell won't be giving you my hard earned money! FAIL!!!! I most certainly was at your location and you are still confirming how rude you are!!! Even if there is a word document sign that say appointments recommended it still doesn't say accepts appointments only and still nobody had the courtesy to try use good customer service skills.. NO WE DONT HAVE TIME is beyond rude read more

My girlfriend and i made appointments for pedicures. We were on time and were tajen to our chairs promptly. I was only soaking for about 30 seconds when the tech started my feet. Gave me the menu and just opted for the basic spa pedicure. From there it went downhill . Tech was not friendly and basically rushed through the pedicure. We were done and sent to the drying area in less than 30 minutes. Guess if I had chosen the more expensive pedi maybe it would have lasted longer. Also was charged extra for the longer lasting OPI color which I've never had to do. Won't go back. read more

I went her for the first time Saturday with a friend of mine. I had a pedicure and gel mani. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and relaxing. The pedicure was nice, although, mine was rushed and the leg massage was short. He didn't even massage my feet. I paid for the upgraded lemonade package, and my skin was very soft. My toes look great. I got a French gel mani. I get gel manis regularly, and they last 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. By Monday, one of them had chipped; and by yesterday, they were peeling off. Now my nails are broken. I expected so much more from Amy's Hand and Foot Spa, because they are so much more expensive than other places. read more

I was in the area & stopped for a pedicure. A gentleman did an amazing job. He provided a great clean up, massage & paint. He then went above & beyond by cleaning my sandals. He was easy to understand, kind & quick without speeding through. Few nail places can I recommend but this is a diamond in the rough!! read more

Amy's Hand & Foot Spa - From my pedicure chair! - Nail Salons Near Me - Lenexa, Kansas

A group of us went there to get our nails done before a wedding. Within the first two days after having my nails dipped the clear coat came off multiple different nails. Now it's been a couple weeks and my daughter's dipped nails with length are already popping off. I have never gotten dipped nails where clear coat and nails popped off after a short amount of time. And it was expensive. Don't waste your money go somewhere else. read more

After finding that Amy's had the best reviews in the area, I decided to deviate from my usual nail spot when planning my friend's bachelorette party (a group of six). The staff were so accommodating! They had a small table set up with a nice table cloth for us so we could set up our snacks and mimosas. They had pedicure chairs ready and waiting for all of us. The salon itself was immaculate and very well decorated. One thing I really appreciated was their pedicure menu - At the beginning of the treatment, my technician (Wei) handed me a list of pedicure options with accompanying prices, so there were no surprises at the cash register. In addition to our positive group experience, as an individual, I LOVED my pedicure with Wei. She was always checking in on me to make sure that the temperature of the water, towels, etc. was comfortable. She was also very detail-oriented, making sure that there wasn't a single drop of nail polish out of place. Wei also put on an extra third coat just to make sure that the color was even. I highly recommend this place for a group activity or just for treating yourself! read more

I walked in without an appointment and simply asked if they could do a pedicure. Amy, the owner, looked at me like I was crazy for even asking. She pointed to everyone in the spa to indicate how busy they were and told me they were too busy. A simple smile and "no, we can't accommodate you at this time," would have sufficed. Instead she was rude and inconsiderate. read more

Went to check this place out to get a pedicure on my day off work around 11am. When I walked in, there was one other customer and only one nail tech. I wasn't acknowledged until I said hello. I stated I wanted a pedicure- and was told "you should have made an appointment we can't help you now." I would have been happy to wait my turn- but I will never be back and encourage the manager to teach her staff some manners. read more

My mother, sister and I all went in for pedicures. We called ahead and made appointments for the same day, easy peasy. We all three sat together and got the "lemon" pedicure. It was wonderful. The place is very clean and the people very friendly. They had a good selection of OPI nail polish as well as a few others. Our massages we long and relaxing. They all really took their time and we felt totally relaxed. We all three agreed that it was one of the best pedis we'd had and we will definitely be back. read more
