I went here with my family to treat my sister to a manicure ahead of the arrival of her new baby. It was my first time doing a dip manicure and I had an overall nice experience! The salon was clean, the manicurists we worked with were all very nice, the prices reasonable, and the best thing was how long it all lasted. Mine was still going strong, looking incredible past the one month mark, and I only took it off because of how my nails were growing out. Overall I'd recommend this place and I will likely return sometime with my sister that lives in Lenexa. read more

This place was one of my #1 place but now they are hiding extra fee until the end. In their book it's states 39$ for a pedicure for me to then pay 59$ is ridiculous. Me and my friend rechecked there book and there was no spot stating the extra prices. A different side is that my friend and I both had some of our toes bleed because they were being aggressive. And that's two different people. With all of that they had sank in my mind and I would not recommend this place. If you are in lenexa go to Amy's or anywhere else in the area read more

Got a terrible pedicure and ended with an infection. The acrylic nails were also way too thick. Terrible services

Nathan did my pedicure. Horrible, rushed, messy polish. Did not let polish dry between coats. Left polish all over my toes. Toenails are shaped weird! This is the second time I've tried this salon. Won't be back! read more

I been here a couple time, and Anna always delivered whatever request l asked her for my nail. The second pic is when I ask her to freestyle for my b-day/vacation nail. read more

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Tammy is very personable, Vanna has an amazing personality, and did a wonderful job on my ombre dipped French manicure. Dat gave me a pedicure and my favorite part is always the massage. Usually when I get a pedicure, the technician slacks, but he took his time and topped it off with gentle but strong hands. Bonnie gave my significant other a bomb pedicure and made his feet look like I would want to touch them again. ;) thank you for such great services and for creating my now home salon. I hope they get their liquor license soon because if it all works out that will just be the icing on the cake. Thank you again! I couldn't be more pleased. read more

I received a dip manicure service at this salon. I should have seen the signs when they didn't have colors available or not enough powder. On the 4th try I found a color I was happy with and continued on. My previous gel manicure was drilled off and my nail beds were starting to get hot, not sure if it was because my tech was drilling too thin or the pressure was too much. It's not the worst manicure I've had but the work is a bit shotty. I've got set powder still u set my nails and on the edges of my fingers. And the shape of them are a bit wonkey. My tech felt very rushed and seemed he just wanted to get me out of the chair. read more

Pedicure-prices are comparable to other places I've been. The technicians are all very good and I've been very happy with the results! I like the atmosphere and they can usually accommodate me on the day of my call. read more

Valerie was amazing!!! This is a nail bar, so you have the luxury of a drink while getting your nails done, in whatever capacity you see fit. I came in an hour before close and my vision took a little longer to execute, but she did not rush and took her time even after 30 minutes past closing time. I'll be back, thank you again! read more

Took my daughter for birthday mani/pedi. The service was great! Lisa took great care of my daughter and made sure she was enjoying her experience. Patrick offered beverages while getting our pedicures. It was my first time ever getting dipped nails and Faheema did amazing. I love my nails. I am a convert. No more gel for me, dip all the way! The massage chairs were nice and the ambiance was bright, clean and soothing. The two TV's played beautiful beach ocean view and the music was soft in the background. We will definitely be coming back! read more

I truly love this place. I've been going for months and have seen just about every technician. They execute my vision perfectly, the decor is beautiful, the nails last, and the massage chairs are uh-maaaazing. I'm so thankful I found them! read more

Very clean and I love decoration. Very friendly and easy to get in. So I will go back there again. Wish they have royalty program.

Best nail place I have ever been to! Anna is fantastic. My nails always look great and stay looking great for weeks!

Absolutely the best nail salon I have ever been to! My husband and I went in for pedicures (same day appointments-on a Sunday). We chose the "Euphoria Pedicures". The atmosphere was gorgeous, bright and clean! The massage chairs were amazing! They actually worked AND you could figure them out! All tools used came out of sealed bags and gloves were used. We had no concerns about cleanliness. I can not vouch for every employee, but, I CAN say that Faheema gave me THE best pedicure experience I have EVER had. I will not be trying any other salons (unless she leaves and I need to follow her). My husband had Thuy (Toy) and he said she was excellent as well. The prices were very reasonable. We WILL be repeat customers! THANK YOU, Topcoat Nail Bar! read more

Awesome salon - clean, so many color choices, great massage chairs, friendly staff, reasonable prices for top notch service Highly recommend read more

I took my mom here to get pedicures for her birthday recently. Upon entering, we were really excited because the salon was gorgeous! We both however had a less than pleasant experience. Mom's tech used some electric buffer to sand her gel polish off and kept hitting her skin and cuticles, ignoring her saying ouch and wincing in pain. My tech cut the side of my toe with the cuticle clippers and made me bleed. I've never had a more painful or rushed pedicure experience. Won't be going back. read more

I have gone to Tammy and Janie for about a year now and they both do a great job on my toes and nails. Janie is especially great at free hand nail art if you like a little creativity or something fancy on your nails. The salon os very clean and professional. Everyone that works there seems to be very courteous. It is a very busy salon so call ahead to schedule. read more

I decided to try a new salon because my nail tech was booked and i heard good things about this place, this was the worst iv ever gotten my nails done , not because of what i got but the damage it left. whatever nail tech who was doing my nails drilled my nails so thin i can see under my nail bed and it hurt. while i was getting it done i kept getting burned by the nail drill. so i decided to get the removed after 2 weeks and my nails are destroyed and in pain. This is why i don't go to salons they don't care about your nail health and more so your money. read more

Topcoat is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have interacted with every person in there and everyone knows my names and welcomes me back with so much happiness and care. I never have to worry if items are dirty or if I'll get bad service. It's always a relaxing environment and people laughing and chatting about their day. They have a huge selection of colors, dips, gels, and techniques that make me come back each time. Pricing is very far and I never feel pressured to do more than I want or afraid to speak up if I want something changed. I love them!! read more

Was very disappointing :( Staff wasn't rude but I wouldn't say there were friendly. My nail tech nicked me a couple times causing me to bleed. Day 5 of the dip manicure, 2 nails had broken (one was ripping my real nail with it), two others cracked, and several had the shiny film on top come off. I had high hopes but will not be returning. read more

Don't waste your time or money. I originally went to this establishment right after it opened and recommended many people to come here due to my first experience. However, I came back in May with a friend and we came for pedicures and a powder dip. The quality was poor and it took us over 2 hours due to the waiting required even with an appointment. Since I thought this might be a fluke, I came back and had recommended to 4 of my friends, thinking this would be a great girls night kick-off. We had made appointments for pedicures. Well, no one was available to help us and we waited for approximately 30 minutes. They had to seat us separately due to a chair being broken, which was fine. Two of the girls that were on their own were soaked, including one's purse when the inexperienced employee tried to attach the jets to the foot bath. Then we only had two employees helping 5 of us, even though people came in well after us and were given pedicures and manicure services. Again, we were there for at least 2 hours and wasted much of our girls night out getting a mediocre pedicure at best with prices at $55 with no foot or leg massage. Needless, to say, I will not be recommending this place and we will not be back. I'm sorry because this was a convenient location but with so many nail salons in the vicinity, it's just not worth the hassle. read more

I should start off by saying I have never left a yelp review in my life but after the way I was treated and the customer service I received, I couldn't leave this fast enough. I just left getting my nails done from this establishment. When I walked in, I was greeted by two ladies, who were very friendly they helped me figure out what color I wanted. I was walked to a table and approached by a nail tech, then treated me like a piece of dirt the whole time. he told me I was wrong kept saying, kept puffing, acting like I was the biggest nuisance of his day. I asked him if I could hear my nails again and he acted like I had just asked him for $1000 then sat there and rolled his eyes and huffing puffing the whole time. He told me to go wash my hands and he would meet me upfront so I could pay. I paid $60 then while I was getting the tip out of my purse to pay him he said "k" and walked away. I stood there for a minute, thinking someone would address me and no one did. My nails are not how I wanted them to be. Even though I asked him to make them more around he continue to make them pointy. Needless to say, I would not go back. read more

Went with my hubby and we both got a pedi. He needed one so bad and they didnt even flinch at how bad his feet were. It was a basic pedi, but if im in the area again i would go back read more

They did an amazing job getting me in and out, I showed them a photo of the nails I wanted and they matched it to the tee!

Decided to try this place out since I was in town... This nail place is the worst. It's been 5 days since my SNS dip and my nails have chipped and cracked. I need to get it redone again elsewhere where it lasts nearly 3 weeks and no broken polish. I paid $55. Very disappointed with the quality of this nail place. :( read more

I just moved into the area and came in for a pedicure. Valerie was not friendly in the least bit. Not sure if she was having a bad day, however, I won't be back due to her unfriendly nature. She didn't don't introduce herself or ask my name and acted like it was a pain to give me a pedicure. Not a warm welcome at the desk either. read more

Called and made an appointment. Arrived early for said appointment, where I was told that they were running behind because there had been some call outs. No problem, waiting patiently and then told that they can't find my appointment and we are essentially asked to leave or schedule something for later. This was my 5th time coming to this salon and unfortunately it was my last. The manicure and pedicures that I have had in the past have been satisfactory, but the customer service is a no for me. I know that I spoke with a gentleman over the phone and scheduled my appointment for the time that I arrived, mistakes happen but this was handled poorly. I was treated as if I made the whole thing up and never had an appointment, just showing up for imaginary appointments. No real attempt to make things right. I Will not return. If you call to schedule beware that it might not get written down in their mead notebook and you'll be wasting your time showing up. read more

Place is super clean, love the organized nail colors. Conveniently close to me. I just went in for a pedicure a couple of times, two different ladies, they both did amazing! I usually have a "go to" nail salon with my regular nail tech 20 min away but I decided to try this place out a min away. Cuz I mean... who can mess up a pedicure right?? I absolutely loved my 1st time experience here! They greeted us right away and were extremely friendly. Super relaxing and they took their time doing my gel mani and pedi.
