If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Tammy is very personable, Vanna has an amazing personality, and did a wonderful job on my ombre dipped French manicure. Dat gave me a pedicure and my favorite part is always the massage. Usually when I get a pedicure, the technician slacks, but he took his time and topped it off with gentle but strong hands. Bonnie gave my significant other a bomb pedicure and made his feet look like I would want to touch them again. ;) thank you for such great services and for creating my now home salon. I went here with my family to treat my sister to a manicure ahead of the arrival of her new baby. It was my first time doing a dip manicure and I had an overall nice experience! The salon was clean, the manicurists we worked with were all very nice, the prices reasonable, and the best thing was how long it all lasted. Mine was still going strong, looking incredible past the one month mark, and I only took it off because of how my nails were growing out. Overall I'd recommend this place and I will likely return sometime with my sister that lives in Lenexa. read more

I received a dip manicure service at this salon. I should have seen the signs when they didn't have colors available or not enough powder. On the 4th try I found a color I was happy with and continued on. My previous gel manicure was drilled off and my nail beds were starting to get hot, not sure if it was because my tech was drilling too thin or the pressure was too much. It's not the worst manicure I've had but the work is a bit shotty. I've got set powder still u set my nails and on the edges of my fingers. And the shape of them are a bit wonkey. My tech felt very rushed and seemed he just wanted to get me out of the chair. read more

I took my mom here to get pedicures for her birthday recently. Upon entering, we were really excited because the salon was gorgeous! We both however had a less than pleasant experience. Mom's tech used some electric buffer to sand her gel polish off and kept hitting her skin and cuticles, ignoring her saying ouch and wincing in pain. My tech cut the side of my toe with the cuticle clippers and made me bleed. I've never had a more painful or rushed pedicure experience. Won't be going back. read more

Absolutely the best nail salon I have ever been to! My husband and I went in for pedicures (same day appointments-on a Sunday). We chose the "Euphoria Pedicures". The atmosphere was gorgeous, bright and clean! The massage chairs were amazing! They actually worked AND you could figure them out! All tools used came out of sealed bags and gloves were used. We had no concerns about cleanliness. I can not vouch for every employee, but, I CAN say that Faheema gave me THE best pedicure experience I have EVER had. I will not be trying any other salons (unless she leaves and I need to follow her). My husband had Thuy (Toy) and he said she was excellent as well. The prices were very reasonable. I decided to try a new salon because my nail tech was booked and i heard good things about this place, this was the worst iv ever gotten my nails done , not because of what i got but the damage it left. whatever nail tech who was doing my nails drilled my nails so thin i can see under my nail bed and it hurt. while i was getting it done i kept getting burned by the nail drill. so i decided to get the removed after 2 weeks and my nails are destroyed and in pain. Janie is especially great at free hand nail art if you like a little creativity or something fancy on your nails. The salon os very clean and professional. Topcoat is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have interacted with every person in there and everyone knows my names and welcomes me back with so much happiness and care. I never have to worry if items are dirty or if I'll get bad service. It's always a relaxing environment and people laughing and chatting about their day. Was very disappointing :( Staff wasn't rude but I wouldn't say there were friendly. My nail tech nicked me a couple times causing me to bleed. Day 5 of the dip manicure, 2 nails had broken (one was ripping my real nail with it), two others cracked, and several had the shiny film on top come off. I should start off by saying I have never left a yelp review in my life but after the way I was treated and the customer service I received, I couldn't leave this fast enough. I just left getting my nails done from this establishment. When I walked in, I was greeted by two ladies, who were very friendly they helped me figure out what color I wanted. I was walked to a table and approached by a nail tech, then treated me like a piece of dirt the whole time. he told me I was wrong kept saying, kept puffing, acting like I was the biggest nuisance of his day. I asked him if I could hear my nails again and he acted like I had just asked him for $1000 then sat there and rolled his eyes and huffing puffing the whole time. He told me to go wash my hands and he would meet me upfront so I could pay. I paid $60 then while I was getting the tip out of my purse to pay him he said "k" and walked away. I stood there for a minute, thinking someone would address me and no one did. My nails are not how I wanted them to be. Even though I asked him to make them more around he continue to make them pointy. Needless to say, I would not go back. read more

Don't waste your time or money. I originally went to this establishment right after it opened and recommended many people to come here due to my first experience. However, I came back in May with a friend and we came for pedicures and a powder dip. The quality was poor and it took us over 2 hours due to the waiting required even with an appointment. Since I thought this might be a fluke, I came back and had recommended to 4 of my friends, thinking this would be a great girls night kick-off. We had made appointments for pedicures. Well, no one was available to help us and we waited for approximately 30 minutes. They had to seat us separately due to a chair being broken, which was fine. Two of the girls that were on their own were soaked, including one's purse when the inexperienced employee tried to attach the jets to the foot bath. Then we only had two employees helping 5 of us, even though people came in well after us and were given pedicures and manicure services. Again, we were there for at least 2 hours and wasted much of our girls night out getting a mediocre pedicure at best with prices at $55 with no foot or leg massage. Needless, to say, I will not be recommending this place and we will not be back. I'm sorry because this was a convenient location but with so many nail salons in the vicinity, it's just not worth the hassle. read more

Called and made an appointment. Arrived early for said appointment, where I was told that they were running behind because there had been some call outs. No problem, waiting patiently and then told that they can't find my appointment and we are essentially asked to leave or schedule something for later. This was my 5th time coming to this salon and unfortunately it was my last. The manicure and pedicures that I have had in the past have been satisfactory, but the customer service is a no for me. I know that I spoke with a gentleman over the phone and scheduled my appointment for the time that I arrived, mistakes happen but this was handled poorly. I was treated as if I made the whole thing up and never had an appointment, just showing up for imaginary appointments. No real attempt to make things right. I Will not return.
