Overall nails came out cute, but the guy i got was very soft spoken and very hard to understand. it took him a very long time to do the entire thing and really made me upset when he kept huffing and puffing after every few minutes. It took him forever to apply the acrylic on the nails and when filing he took alot of the length i asked for away. Also, the set i got was not worth 75 dollars in my opinion . Customer service was great! But I asked for a cat eye nail and left with silver nails (no cat eye done at all.) I was super excited about it because the 10 year old being serviced two people down from me left with gorgeous nails (not exaggerating on the age.) I spent a decent amount of money for my nails to not be what I wanted at all. Lesson learned for me: don't look at other people's work and think yours will be the same quality. read more

I love getting pedicures here!! My daughter and I will drive 45 minutes to get pedicures here instead of our hometown because the people are wonderful , and they make our feet so smooth! They were wonderful to my mother-in-law when she came to visit who stopped getting pedicures a year ago because of a bad experience at her old nail salon. Great personalities, and I only get regular polish and it stays for over a month! read more

I went in with a gift certificate and was told they couldn't use it because they had changed owners and their card reader wasn't working. The gentleman doing my pedicure used a power sander to remove cuticles and to rough up the surface my nails, I guess so the Polish would stick better. After removing my polish, the nails are very rough and there are ridges where the sander removed the nail surface unevenly. My nails were not in bad condition before but now they look terrible. The surface is dull and rough. The woman doing my granddaughter's pedicure wouldn't stop talking about how big her feet were. Not fun for a middle school girl to hear. I would not recommend this place. read more

15 minute ultimate pedicure! The nail tech was in such a rush that she didn't do my cuticles, or massage. She told me I needed the ultimate because my heels were rough, then rushed through. She was rough, I thought she was going to cut me with the cheese grater looking thing she used on my heels. She quickly applied the salt & lotion, barely rubbing it, then quickly wiped it off. When paying the cashier said, wow, that was fast! He asked what service I had and I said ultimate minus the massage. He did give me $10 off. I'll never go back! read more

Absolutely LOVE Gossip. They are like family, they LOVE and spoil my 4 year old daughter. Their customer service, quality of work and timely work ethic is second to none. I don't have time to sit in a salon while one person does my pedi for an hour and another does my fill for another hour and a half. I have to say they did a good job with the polish-only thing good I have to say. This was my second time going and they made my toes bleed cause they were going way too fast trying to get me out the door WHEN I MADE an appointment with my friend. To make matters worse the lady was rolling her eyes doing my pedicure. Also happened when the did my friends manicure and pedicure. One star for the attitude. I don't recommend going here. Especially when you have paying customers. Then when I pay the guy puts his hand on mine to pay? You could've just told me that your card reader could scan my card. Got a mani/pedi (regular not gel). Very nice people & service was good BUT fingernails were brittle and peeling when I removed polish a couple of weeks ago. Then nails started releasing from nail beds (top down toward base). 4 so far are damaged. Not sure if infection or what is going on. Just removed toenail polish & nervously waiting to see. Not planning a return to salon... pretty upset at this point. read more

Got my nails done last January here. I won't be back. Nice people but I was worried my nails were going to get infected. I got a classic pedicure which was fine, it looked nice but it was my dip manicure that was scary. When taking off my old dip polish she was not very careful and cute me twice with the drill. We went on with the dip after my hand stopped bleeding she then dipped my hand in what looked like a cup of germs which was the clear. I was not happy about that. Then once she was done applying gel and shaping the dip polish and making it smooth she nearly made every finger have a cut on it. And then had the audacity to charge me $45 for cut up fingers. Guess I will continue to go to foxy nails down the street. read more

I had my appointment but rhey were trying to fit the walk-in because they had another appointment in 20 so they just rushed completely while doing my nails. didn't ask to see my design just assumed from what the previous nail tech said and when she was done she applied oil but left all the dust and nail polish on my fingers. read more
