The stations are clean and spacious enough to feel like you're not imposing on anybody else who is getting their hair done. The service: I get full or partial highlights + a cut about every 6 weeks and if you don't have the right stylist it can be pretty hard on your hair. This was the case before I found Makayla! I've been to her 3x now and she's a wonderful stylist. She brought my hair back to life and the appointments have all been very relaxing and enjoyable. She is incredibly sweet, thoughtful and funny. There's about a 15 year age difference between us and we get along just like old friends. She is also a great listener and always wants to make sure she had my cut and color exactly as I wanted it. 10/10 - I'm so happy I found a stylist who can tame my unruly hair and make sure I have a nice time while doing so. I spent over a hundred dollars for nothing!! I tried calling to see if they could help lighten my hair for the special event. I left a voicemail. No one answered that day. It was a Thursday. They only worked until noon the next day so no one even tried to help me. I'm stuck with the worst hair color of my life.
