I've had the experience and, after reading other reviews, I've read that some had the same experience in which the busy owner stepped out and Steven was the only one at the front desk. It is advised to have some patience because Steven speaks Mandarin and uses a translator app on his phone. Occasionally, they are short staffed and Todd needs to step out, and he also has another location (I believe in Lawrence).
