As a nurse, I have a lot of back pain and stiffness from manually moving patients around as well as computer work. He always starts off the session by asking if you have any specific areas of concerns or have begun any new medications or sustained any recent injuries to make sure a massage is safe for you at that time. I ask a TON of questions about why a specific area is causing me trouble and he always provides a thorough explanation about the muscle connections/insertion sites, etc., as well as recommendations for stretches that can help alleviate those trouble areas beyond your session. I have lost hundreds of dollars from erroneous charges on my credit card. I have been in touch with them. They claim it was a computer glitch and I will get my money back, but it's been almost a year of wrangling and I have not seen my money. I get lots of excuses but they never repayed me. I have found others victims who also had erroneous charges on their credit cards. The other victims also said WishKC also claimed a computer glitch and promised to pay it back but did not refund their money. The victim had to have it reversed by her credit card. But they got the same excuses that I got. "Out of town, I was ill, I was on the reservation, had to go to a funeral." WishKC requested I send them a cash-app request for the money so they can refund. I sent the cash-app request. They didn't pay it. Going on a year of trying to get my money back. No luck. The masseuse and her boyfriend are creepy which is just my opinion.
