As my massage was in progress I started to question if the aromatherapy was being used, but since it was one I hadn't had before I just thought to myself, if it's not being used they just won't charge me. Half way through someone slid the masseuse a note that I had added the aromatherapy. It was used for the rest of the massage. When I was checking out the gal asked if I had aromatherapy and I hesitantly said yes and said for only half the massage, no one gave her the bottle. The gal kinda laughed and said oh that's ok. While I don't mind still paying for it, the brushing it off like it didn't pay for a full experience didn't sit well from me. Also, my room was close to the front and it's just not enjoyable when you can hear people on the phone and I'm not sure if some of the girls had friends visiting but there was a lot of chatter that continued. I knew they weren't additional guests because they were all eating Taco Bell together. It just gives a bad name to a "relaxing" place when you can hear people talking your entire relaxation time. Unfortunately I don't intend to visit this location again just because the lack of ensuring I had a good experience between what I paid for and the constant chatter.

"Healing Hands" is great description for Paula's work. It was more like a rub your arms rather than a massage. I was there for a 90 min deep tissue massage for $160 with hot stones. The stones were only used as a massage tool when rubbing my arms. Nothing placed on my back like others have done. I indicated during my check in that my main area of focus was neck, back, legs, and feet. Over 30 min was spent rubbing my arms which I didn't ask for. I mentioned it to the masseuse when she said she was done why she didn't touch my feet or legs and she said she spent too much time on my arms and hands. Again, I told her I specifically asked for certain things and she just said time was up. 3 times during the massage I asked for more pressure and she said that's the most she normally does. I was offered to come back for another massage at the same price as "we're sorry it wasn't up to expectations" offer. If you're looking for a place that cares what type of massage you're asking for, what body parts are needing attention, and isn't just getting you in and out please look somewhere else. This place isn't worth the cost.

He is nationally known, and we are so lucky to have him here. And I was referred to him, not by one person, but by 3 people I know. Heck, I like him more than my regular doctor, and that's saying alot cause I like my regular doctor. Dr. Lamb is personable, professional and I trust him with my face , The office staff and nurse, Frankie were friendly. Frankie was extreme skilled with my procedure. Dr. Lamb explained each step he took and made sure I was "okay". I mean, a needle going in in places I'm not used to needles could be quite a shock. The are is healing beautifully. Dr. Lamb does the fillers, botox, tummy tucks, breasts, lipo etc. His wife does permanent make up. I will only trust my face (and tummy) to Dr. Lamb. I can think of nobody more skilled in the area. The procedure took around 20 minutes, and cost $420. But it was so worth it. It is something I will keep up...Way to keep my wallet out of the store, right? But will I admit what I had none?
