I really love Zen Massage!! I tried a few other places in town, and this one is for me. My therapist here is absolutely amazing! I'm not going to mention their name because I don't want them to get so busy that I can't get in. They have male and female therapist here in case you have a preference. There are no memberships or pressure tactics like that other chain massage place. And they have good availability in multiple therapists, unlike a one person shop. They're in a nice shopping plaza with several restaurants and other businesses in case you need stuff after your massage. They are very good at communication via email and text and phone. I would have to say one of the best, intense massages I have ever had. They are reasonably price and love the fact they don't have memberships/contracts. I had a focus massage with Michelle. She was nice, polite and made sure the experience was comfortable! She was definitely skilled and gave a great massage. The vibe of the room was warm, clean, and the bed was very comfortable! They also got me in very quickly. The ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room was a littleeeee too quiet so it felt a bit awkward. I would've loved some music playing or even the option to play some of my own relaxing music. Overall, a great experience!! read more

I was able to book my appt last minute and had no issues checking in and getting ready for the massage. OK, so I booked a couples 60-minute, deep-tissue massage for me and my wife this week, and it was set for 10:45am on a Wednesday. We arrived at 10:30, filled out some paperwork and got set for the massage. We waited to be called back at 10:40, then 10:45....finally at 10:50, we see our 2 masseuses coming into the building, arriving for work! They finally called us back at 11:00, showed us the room and told us to get undressed and get on the tables. At 11:10, they finally came back in and started the massage. It was just OK. Half deep-tissue, half just a rubdown. It ended at 11:50. We basically paid for a 60-minute massage, and got a 40 minute one. Won't be back. read more

Through the massage, he was making sure the pressure was ok, he didn't try to start a conversation until I started talking, and once he included some stretching in with the massage. My terrible experience at Zen Massage & Facial occurred before I even had a chance to receive my waxing. On my way to my appointment, I was notified that my start time would be delayed 10 minutes due to "needing a new wax machine". Even though I arrived 15 minutes prior to my original appointment time, I ended up waiting a FULL HOUR past that time. Every time I inquired about the delay during my wait, I was told it would only be another 10 minutes. But after a FULL HOUR, I had to leave. I was NOT provided a satisfactory explanation for the delay and there was NO effort to address my growing impatience and dissatisfaction. I don't know many people that have an extra hour to wait for service, so I DO NOT recommend going to Zen Massage & Facials if you don't have time to waste. read more

I booked a same-day 60-minute deep tissue massage and was able to get an appointment within two hours. Once I got there, I had no problem extending the massage to 90 minutes, and I'm so glad I did. Lizzie took GREAT care of me and was able to work out muscle knots and tension I've been trying to reach for months with a foam roller and yoga. By the time I left, my shoulders had dropped at least two inches and I felt much less tense overall. I will definitely be returning to Lizzie for more massages. I signed up online for a massage and put my credit card on my new account as I thought this was a good location with for the most part good reviews that I could start massages with. I have only had 1 massage in my life and it was a good experience so I was hoping this would work for me to start something new and good for me. Also, I could not schedule a session online without adding my credit card. On the day of my appointment I woke up with a migraine, called in sick to work, and attempted to cancel my appt. I called the number 3 times beginning at 7:00 am and was never able to make a connection so I could not even leave a voicemail. I had to go to their website to let them know I had to cancel. I received an email in response which was not signed by anyone (no name), but saying they usually require 24 hours for cancellation but "as a courtesy" they would overlook it this time, and to email back with a new day& time. I emailed them in response twice to say please just cancel my account, that my credit card was on it and there were no options to remove it at all. I have never heard back from them. I would advise not signing up with this company at all. You cannot contact them by phone, and they do not sign their email communications with a name a position. Not sure why they would want to be anonymous when communicating with customers?? As a final frustration I cannot delete my credit card (see photo). It says my card is currently associated to a payment and cannot be deleted. read more
