Amazing!! If you have never had one in a room with others it's a little strange at first. But once you relax they diva. Great job!! The hot rocks at the end are amazing! read more

Just incredible!!! Although it's different from being in a private room, they do a great job of keeping it quiet and relaxing. We did the Foot Reflexology Plus I. It was 20 minutes on feet and the other 40 minutes was basically head to toe. They found all the right tension points and we both walked away in a massage fog... it was fantastic!!! read more

This was my first time here and I will absolutely be back! I got a 60min foot reflexology and it was nothing less than amazing...AMAZING! Ask for Leo! read more

Amazing!!! Two of us who went and we are visiting from out of town and all I can say if you are even in town this is the place to go to for massage simple amazing. read more

A friend told me about her positive experience with her foot detox elsewhere, so I gave it shot here because I read the staff is friendly and professional. After the detox, I didn't notice any changes and the experience was not what I expected. In addition, there's an additional $2 fee for card payments which is not mentioned until you pay. 3-stars for friendliness and peaceful atmosphere. read more

BAIT & SWITCH...STAY AWAY!!!!!They CHEAT YOU because , They DO NOT honor their GIFT CERTIFICATES for the PRICE that was PAID for the gift certificates. May daughter bought gift certificates for the family. Each (four of them), was written out for $60.00. They said, They write their numbers differently. They would only honor each certificate for $40.00, when it clearly said $60.00. I will never go back or spend a penny on this company. read more

I go to both locations, this location is far better, the staff is more open to address your needs if you tell them. My right shoulder had a rotator cuff issue and they spent a little more time on it. I now have much better movement. The other location also feels like they are trying to upsell you and not happy when you don't buy the upsell. read more

First time coming in as a last minute surprise for my boyfriends birthday. We both went in and the area of massage is a bit of a communal look (for those who are use to private rooms) people will be walking in and out but it was relaxed. My masseuse was very good and honestly not what I expected! It was pleasant for both me and my boyfriend. We know that pressure isn't always about deep tissue so don't leave comments about how they "didn't listen" when you can always speak up! Thank you! I will be returning read more

I have friends who rave about this place and I finally bit the bullet and decided to give it a go! I paid to just get my neck and shoulders done, and I ended up with basically a full body massage. It was an incredible price and experience (if you like a little pain). I have actually never gotten a massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect. This is a place with one large room full of anyone who is getting services. If you're expecting privacy it's not the place for you. That being said, it was clean, quiet, dark, and incredibly relaxing. You remain clothed unlike many massage type places, and overall they hurt you so good and you leave feeling relaxed and peaceful. I will definitely be back to try the foot reflexology!! read more

Woah. This place is INTENSE!!! I've been here twice and both times I got the deal on Groupon. The first time around I had no idea what to expect. All of the customers receive their massages in the same room which I expected to be strange but it really wasn't at all for some reason. The massage starts with a lovely face and foot massage (this was the 60 minute full massage but they have options) and your feet are left in warm water for a lot of the beginning portion. Let me tell you what though, when you turn around on your stomach and they start on your back it is a whole other story. They GO FOR IT. These guys are pretty big and put their full force into your back. They literally use their elbows and dig them into you. If you can't handle it, I know they'd pull back, but I like the deep deep massage. Not gonna lie though, it can get hard to breathe so don't forget that part. It's weirdly calming and when it's over you feel like they really did a good job. You can really tell they know what they're doing and the points on your body that they touch are all very intentional. I recommend if you're open to a serious deep tissue massage! read more

Yaaaaaassss!! If you're in need of a good foot soak, massage and relaxation - this is your spot. Scheduling via-phone and check in onsite where easy and quick. Big large room with approx 16 bed areas in a nice dim space. Great place for a couples massage night, reflexology soak with a girl friend or a night out to treat yo self! We did the $35 foot/body standard 70min appointment and it definitely hit the spot. Left with a bottle of water and a punch card for all our future visits! read more

GET YOURSELF TO THIS PLACE!!! Oh myyyyy was this a wonderful experience! I had literally the best foot massage of my life here. It was 30 minutes of absolute bliss. My masseur was so strong and he hit all my reflexology spots so perfectly. I could feel my whole body relaxing as he worked on me. It was so good that I added on another 30 minutes of back & leg work. It's done fully clothed and it was almost like being at a chiropractor. He got all my stress out. I'm already planning to return here next week with a friend. It's a great price, the staff is wonderful, and it's such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I seriously want to go daily! read more

I hear a lot of complaining people on there reviews but I swear this is one of the best places to get a massage

I kinda don't want to tell anyone about this place. If you're into athletic-like massages and you do not care too much about getting a massage in an open room, you'll be in love. The prices are incredibly affordable and you'll leave on cloud nine. My husband and I went last Saturday around 11 and had the place to ourselves in the beginning. By the time we wrapped our 70 minute massage, a few others had had joined. We both loved our experiences with Daniel and Amy. Easy to book online or over the phone. If you have any questions, the front desk was really helpful. The space felt clean and was relaxing. You can hear people coming in and walking through, but this didn't bother me very much. This place will give me the ability to focus a bit more on self care without breaking the bank! read more

Have had a handful of messages and this one was very good. A hour long message was only $30 and wish I had done 90 minutes. Only knock would be person giving the message trim the nails prior to the neck portion. I like it rough otherwise. read more

One large room where everyone gets their massage. I literally thought I was going to die with the amount of pressure they put into my back. Not relaxing at all I kind of felt anxious the whole time. Forget about customer service. They won't hand you your shirt. My daughter said her massage was nice and they were gentle. read more

Update: still loving this place. I think I have devoted 1/4 of my paycheck so far. I get migraines so I love the relaxing atmosphere. There is sort of a musty smell but I think it might be there fireplaces that hang on the wall for ambience. I actually love that smell. Just so you know there is no hanky-panky going on here. You're fully clothed and you'll have XL towel over you. They do not massage your front torso, only the back of your legs and your back as well as your forehead neck arms and feet if you choose the 60-minute. Turn your cellphone off. You will be in a large very dark open room where other customers are getting their massages. Your feet will soak while they work on your sinus area. They have great hours for night owls like me. read more

This was THE most amazing massage. Both me and my mother walked out of the session in complete AWE of how amazing we felt after. Every single knot was worked out - we feel lighter and like new people. We have both had $300 massages at resorts and NOTHING compares to this. Wow. 5 star. read more

This place is absolutely incredible!! I walk out of here a completely different person, relaxed and stress free :) I have been going to this location for almost 4 years now and it's the #1 place I'll choose for a massage. Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I just returned from a 90 minute session at this business. It was professional, relaxing and priced fairly. Very peaceful ambiance and well trained technicians. I felt my stress melting away and my zen stepped in to take its place. Highly recommend. TEN STARS out of five! read more

They did a decent job but did not ask for any type of medical history. ALWAYS ask the customer for this info. (My back and hips are out of alignment). I stopped him a few times although I should have spoken up more. It was incredibly painful. As far as Reflexology, it was a glorified foot massage. I don't know if the staff is certified in Reflexology but that was not what I got. No work on trigger points, meridians or channels. Huge disappointment. And say "Thank you". The man said nothing when he was done. Just walked away. read more

I'm a nurse and just got done working 4 12 hour shifts in a row- needless to say my whole body was aching and I needed something done. This place was amazing. You enter a dim room where others are as well. Very nice and quiet with calm music playing in the background. Your face is covered with a towel to allow a relaxing experience. I recommend wearing pants that allow folding up for the massage to happen. They are respectable and let you know when to turn on your stomach for your back massage if you are receiving that. I just give 4/5 stars because at the end of the massage they told me I was done but I was still waiting with my face down thinking they would hand me my shirt to put on, as I had my glasses off and I couldn't see where it was! Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back. read more

Tao Reflexology - I received this specific massage- Foot Refexology Plus III for 1hr and 15min ($50). Very nice and well worth the money. - Reflexology Near Me - Mission, Kansas

My massage was great. Although, it did seem like he was getting bored and was running out of ways to massage my back and feet. I love the music playing, it was very calming and relaxing. I've never been to a place that gives you water after your massage and I will say I really needed that water lol. Everybody was very nice and this place is really cheap. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends with me next time. read more

This place is a hidden jewel and less crowded than similar kinds of businesses. Parking is easy, it's clean and quiet, and the staff are very kind, professional and courteous. Plus the price is quite reasonable and the massages are wonderful, especially if you like deep tissue. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that people come back and interrupt by opening the door to leave a tip, when I suggest, they instead let us leave a tip in an envelope at the front with their masseuse's name on it. Otherwise a wonderful place to get a massage or reflexology, and relax and release physical or mental tension or stress. read more

I'd been here many times before but I had an experience yesterday where an employee had become too handsy. I was very uncomfortable and he even asked if it was okay but I said NO and that I want to end the service multiple times but he refused to stop until the full 45 minutes was done and continued to be inappropriate. I left crying, violated, and the business is not revealing any information about the employee or taking any internal action besides a refund for my service. read more

This is the greatest self care habit in the world. For what you get, you really can't beat the price. It's like a full body massage and foot soak combined together. My favorite part about Tao is that it's the first massage in my life where I didn't experience lower back pain from the table or chair. They noticed right away that I have a little extra padding on my butt making my spine curve a little more than most. They lifted the table into more of a chair and placed a pillow in the gap between my back and the chair. Worked like a charm. Now I got almost every week. They are the friendliest group of people and are so kind. And if you don't like something, you just say it and they correct it immediately. I would come here every night before bed if I could. read more

Omg, i love tao reflexology, it is very relaxing and gets all of the knots out! Had lots of stress in upper shoulders, neck and feet. I come once a week or every two weeks when i can. Friends love it too! read more

I just received a message that was very therapeutic. Felt great. Firm pressure. Felt like he was totally in tune. Great place. I go back frequently. It is not a private room but quiet and respectful. You stay clothed, so keep that in mind when dressing. read more

I have been here three times in the last two weeks. I have finally found a place that does an amazing job! Sometimes I think they are in my head because they never ask me where my pain is yet they know exactly where it is. The pressure is very firm which is what I want! They know exactly what they are doing. They take their time, are professional, always have people working, they are kind, and always get me in. I typically get the hour long - foot, back, neck, head... I doubt I will ever go anywhere else! read more

Love this place! They do a great job working out the knots. I usually go once a week and will continue as long as they don't raise their prices again. read more

Amazing massage and inexpensive to boot. I had never had a foot reflexology massage before a few months ago, but it really helps my fibromyalgia pain, gallbladder issues, and even emotional release in ways that conventional massage didnt touch. Highly recommend Lisa, she is sweet and very skilled! read more

I use this as affordable self care. David is my favorite. He knows what he's doing and keeps me healthy. This is a gem in Mission.

Today was my first time not knowing what to expect! Way better than typical massage. It hurts but a good hurt massaged out all my tense muscles! Loved it will deff be going back often!! It's amazing! Like I said I had no idea what to expect but highly recommend! read more

I woke up with the worst neck and upper back pain, walked in and was greeted and within minutes I was having the best massage. Amazing service and even better massage. Mason worked out all the knots in my neck and back. I will be going back. One of the best massages I have ever had and I have spent a lot of money at pricey spas. This was the best at a spectacular price!!! read more

Unprofessional to have a massage started then someone else fills in temporarily who doesn't do a good job. Or answering the phone in your ear while doing massage. Multi-tasking while performing a massage is highly disrespectful to the customer. The front desk person is not nice and i found her to be very rude! Do yourself a favor and find another place. There is a great spot on 105th St in Overland Park with private area per person. read more

I took my mother and we both had the 60 minute treatment. It was amazing and relaxing. I would go back, just make sure you drink lots of water afterward!! The environment was relaxing. read more

AWE SOME. I can't believe I can only give 5 stars! This place is so totally worth it. I have never had an issue with my appointment time - I now book my next visit before I leave. I had a frozen shoulder and after going to PT and paying double for PT my shoulder was no better after 6 weeks. I started coming to TR in Mission and mentioned to the front desk about my shoulder. Not only is the price stupid reasonable, but you get head-to-toe treatment to boot! My frozen shoulder is now gone after a couple of months. One month, I went weekly, then dropped to every other week. Even though my shoulder is now okay, I am still booking every other week. It's my self-indulgence. It is so freaking relaxing I almost feel drunk when I leave! read more

I have been to this location three times and in all three visits my reservation was not honored as to the time. The last visit (today) I made an appointment on line and then even confirmed via phone because in the past they acted like my on-line reservation was "lost". The man who answered the phone confirmed my appointment time yet when I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. The visit before I watched as a man who came in right before me was told he'd have to wait even though he had an appointment. The service is okay, if somewhat intense (like the person working on you is not a willing participant), but the inability to keep a tidy appointment schedule is what will keep me from returning. read more

I made a mistake and Tao Reflexology took advantage of it. I got an email from a new reflexology place that opened 4 blocks down from Tao. Made an appt. 2 for 1 special. Accidentally ended up at Tao. Gave our names to the receptionist when we checked in. She acted like she was marking them off on a list. Told her I had already chosen service online when making the appt. Still no reaction. We had our services. Really much more rough than either of us prefer. I see another review also thought that. We go to pay at the end and then it is that the guy at the desk talks to us and we discover our mistake when we pull up the email confirmation of our appt. We are in the wrong place. So we paid for both services. My daughter called the next day and talked to the receptionist who checked us in. She still would not admit her devious behavior. Said we had an appointment which was impossible. Finally admitted to my daughter that it had happened one other time earlier in the week. So she knew exactly what she was doing when we showed up there. So you may or may not like their services. We definitely did not appreciate their unethical business practice. read more

I am new to reflexology but I'm a big fan of self care and massages. This is a group setting but very clean and quiet. My tech was very good and the calming music helped to relax for the whole body (clothed) massage and foot reflexology. I will definitely be back! read more
