This was my first time, so I don't have much to compare it to, but when I left my body felt like it was buzzing with positive endorphins. As soon as you walk in they offer you water and the ability to say where you want them to focus on. I had a back massage but in just an hour he was able to do my feet, hands, arms, back, neck, shoulders and I could feel all of the knots and stress actively leaving my body. He checked in with me every 10 minutes or so to see if I was doing ok and ask if it was painful or if he needed to adjust the pressure. He did not. It was perfect. Probably the best birthday gift I've ever given to myself. I will be back many more times after this. Thank you Lotus Rain!!!

The massage itself was pretty good for me. My partner did need to tell them to lighten up a bit, but after that it was also pretty good. Not the best and not the worst for either of us! We had a couples massage and were very confused when the two individuals giving our massage talked to each other throughout the entire massage. I have never experienced that. It really took away from the experience as it should be quiet and relaxing... I would consider going back as it is a nice please with good pricing.

The updated address is: 1001 W 39th St, Kansas City, MO…read more64111 The address here on Yelp is the old address. Real therapeutic massage you can find in KCMO is here! Born as an Taiwanese who has thousands of experience of different type of massage, I am not looking at the ones that just relax the muscle ( usually the ones I've tried in America are just too soft or not really get the spot.) What I am really looking for is the one that can solve my muscle knots and my unilateral tight/sore neck caused by poor postures at work. I was shocked that Jeremy was right on the spot with his first touch. He did not say much throughout the session and our conversation was short. After he greeted me, I answered him "neck, especially right neck" for his question "what we are working on", the session started promptly. I like this style, no need to waste time for small talk, just focus on what he's working on and what he is good at. He could precisely catch the knot and found the sore spot. He is extremely professional. Not like many other massage places or clinics, he did not promoting, did not ask me to book for the next time " to maintain the result of the therapy" Like I said before, our conversation was short but effective. I booked the next appointment after I left the clinic right away, because I did not feel the pressure but I was impressed by his work. By the way, he stays booked out 4-6weeks upfront. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to fix tight/soreness muscle or the real problem (maybe not for the ones just want to feel relaxed or be kneaded like a dough...)
