They are both wonderful and make you feel at ease instantly, communicating as much or as little as you'd like during your session. They can adjust the pressure accordingly and make a point to chat with you before to determine any problem areas and what you're comfortable with. They moved locations a couple of months ago so make note if you're used to visiting the old one. They upgraded considerably with the new space and I'm looking forward to trying out the new services they're offering. This was my first time, so I don't have much to compare it to, but when I left my body felt like it was buzzing with positive endorphins. As soon as you walk in they offer you water and the ability to say where you want them to focus on. I had a back massage but in just an hour he was able to do my feet, hands, arms, back, neck, shoulders and I could feel all of the knots and stress actively leaving my body. He checked in with me every 10 minutes or so to see if I was doing ok and ask if it was painful or if he needed to adjust the pressure. He did not. It was perfect.
