I sent my girlfriend to Amy for acupuncture after having hip pain for months (imo due to a mental health episode and told Amy on the phone I believe it was mental pain due to her mental health). I've met Amy once for about an hour and it was innocuous as can be. I sent her not knowing Amy also called herself a "life coach" and she convinced a very sick person that I was a "love and sex addict" and convinced her to be her life coach (twice a week at $125). I've had plenty of therapy and respect mental health professionals and neither of these things have come up. I'm many things but these I am not. She convinced this vulnerable woman of utter crap with no psych degree and barely knowing me. It's so irresponsible and malpractice imo. The fact people can convince the weak they are "life coaches" is beyond me. read more

I truly don't know why it took me so long to write a review about Amy other than my busy schedule which is not acceptable. My chronic pain from cervical radiculopathy (aka pinched nerve) and disc degenerative disease ( aka ddd) was lingering and I was at the point to go into surgery any day. I came to a Amy for the rescue. Not only did she rescue me, she is getting close to healing me to 100%. On top of all that, she is curing my TMJ at the same time, which she think has to do with it, and she is totally right. She is extremely personable and honest. She works from home but is super professional about everything. She used to be a massage therapist for many years, so she knows pretty much everything about human anatomy in terms of muscles and more. She made a switch to acupuncture because she thinks that it is a lot more effective and for long term goals compared to massage, which helps with temporary relief only. Since the day I started going to her, time was not a factor in her treatment. She has spent as long as over 2 hrs with me because she is truly trying to help with a passion, and not for temporary relief but for good. As much how educated about acupuncture and Chinese medicine there is, I love that she is very open minded. God send! I am so happy I found Amy. I had excruciating pain in my neck, shoulder and sciatica when I first went to see her. I felt immediate improvement after my first session of acupuncture with her. Why did it take me so long to have this done?!! I've also had cupping, Gua Sha (scraping), and massage done with her as well. I also couldn't believe how she healed my pain in my forearm I had for years as well!
