My husband said that Steven kneaded him like clay, but in a very good way. The customer service is very good and considerate. I've had the experience and, after reading other reviews, I've read that some had the same experience in which the busy owner stepped out and Steven was the only one at the front desk. It is advised to have some patience because Steven speaks Mandarin and uses a translator app on his phone. Occasionally, they are short staffed and Todd needs to step out, and he also has another location (I believe in Lawrence). I came in once with a Groupon coupon and it was a bit jarring and confusing not knowing what was going on because Steven didn't say anything to me but depended on the app. All was well explained after speaking with the owner.
