He has a warm personality, great technique, and applies just the right amount of pressure and tailors it to your specific needs. As a nurse, I have a lot of back pain and stiffness from manually moving patients around as well as computer work. He always starts off the session by asking if you have any specific areas of concerns or have begun any new medications or sustained any recent injuries to make sure a massage is safe for you at that time. I ask a TON of questions about why a specific area is causing me trouble and he always provides a thorough explanation about the muscle connections/insertion sites, etc., as well as recommendations for stretches that can help alleviate those trouble areas beyond your session.
