Like most places, customers stay fully clothed with a towel placed over their body. The young man working on me did a good job of concentrating on my overly tight muscles. I also appreciated him asking for feedback and responding to my request for more or less pressure in places. I liked how quiet it was. I was there on a Sunday afternoon, so I don't know if it's different during the week. But some places I have been to have suite neighbors playing loud music, or had a restaurant with dishes banging around and their kitchen, etc. It's really hard for me to relax with that kind of noise. The place was clean and I have no hesitations and recommending it to others .

Before scheduling his first massage, I contacted Opulent to discuss his specific needs and how massage therapy could support his recovery. We needed to ensure that certain areas were avoided and that only unscented oils and products were used. The team listened carefully and accommodated every request exactly as discussed. Since then, we have been coming in weekly, and the difference has been remarkable. The massages have helped him feel significantly better and have made the treatments he is enduring much more manageable. Everyone at Opulent is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to their clients' well-being. Their caring approach, combined with their exceptional skill, has been a tremendous source of comfort during a very difficult time.

She gave me the works; gold leaf, ombré, and bling for days! She took her time and made sure they were as symmetrical and perfect as could be. I'm not going to mention their name because I don't want them to get so busy that I can't get in. They have male and female therapist here in case you have a preference. There are no memberships or pressure tactics like that other chain massage place. And they have good availability in multiple therapists, unlike a one person shop. They're in a nice shopping plaza with several restaurants and other businesses in case you need stuff after your massage. They are very good at communication via email and text and phone. I am very pleased with Zen Massage.

I think the worst thing was that I wore my hair up in a bun, and MT asked if I wanted to wear it down. I specifically said no and made it clear that I didn't want oil in my hair. Later on she literally rubbed oil (which smelled terrible) completely through my hair and then lathered it onto my face. At the end, without any warning, threw a very hot towel on my back. Had she told me it would not have been so shocking. With all the good ratings I was disappointed in the quality of massage and then walking away like a grease pit. I only give it a maybe because maybe there is someone better.
