This is a classic example of a push massage, where you have unlicensed and untrained workers giving you a very basic relaxation massage that mostly involves pushing on you while you are fully clothed. She did much better on my lower leg, and I enjoyed the hot stones. I thought they did a nice job in terms of being generally relaxing, but you should not go here if you are looking for real massage therapy or massage rehab. This is recreational only.

I am pretty limber so the many stretching positions didn't bother me, and I felt great afterwards. I would recommend this type of massage for athletes. The one hang up is that my table was by the door and the foot traffic was distracting. Also, It would be nice if they spread out their clients to every other bed for a little more privacy. Not anything to loose a star over. Every new business' opening day has issues. I'm sure they are open to customer feedback in order to improve their service. Otherwise I enjoyed the experience. My massage therapist did a great job and the staff was welcoming. A awesome addition to Warrensbug. I booked another appointment in two weeks.

He was greeted, handed his paperwork and filled it out, dropped it off- and then they forgot about him for 30 minutes. His 1:45 appointment was delayed until 2:10 when someone finally asked him, "Are you waiting for something?" (He had already checked in). Then, when I came to meet him there. they gave me no indication that he was running 30 minutes behind, until I heard them tell the next massage appointment. I waited 45 minutes for him because they didn't get him in on tie or tell me when I arrived, paid, and was waiting for him. Customer service sucks. No wonder it was so easy to get a same-day appointment! --------------- I got a spray tan here and it wasn't very good. It looked blotchy and even though I had spoken to them three times to book ,change and confirm, no one told me to wear "loose clothing", as it was my first spray tan, and I looked rough. It totally messed it up. The girl who did it said that they usually tell clients, but no one said anything. The people who work there are really snobbish and standoffish. Until the tan I hadn't been there since they messed up my wax 2 years ago. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to get better service.

The doc himself lived up to expectations and was very professional, knowledgable, and explained what was wrong and what he was doing. Obviously an excellent choice. Tl;dr- professional, great building, outstanding doc.
