Our whole family goes to Trio and we see the owner, Amie. We've tried other salons in town and were impressed at times, but consistency was always a problem. Trio is not overly decorated and it has a bright and open work area. It's location is a bit odd to the first-time visitor, but once you find it, I think you'll like it... unless you want the frills of decor, nail service, etc... Trio does not offer mani or pedi.

During this time the gift certificates expired. I called today to ask if they could be honored and Ashley was VERY rude and said no. I explained that I was new to this area and a good experience could have brought them a customer for decades, but that with this reaction they would not see my business. She informed me that this was "unfair to them" and hung up on me. This is not a customer friendly business. I was ready to put this toward a cut and color and would have tipped well. The potential profit lost for your business in gaining someone for a cut every 6-8 weeks and potentially regular root touch ups with full color as needed would have been far more than the value of three $25 gift certificates. Your loss. Your competition's gain.
