I had the best experience with Image Sun! They have a super friendly staff and the owner is so generous. They have great products and tanning beds. I purchased a monthly silver package and then realized I wasn't goin to be able to use it. I called the store to let them know, and instead of charging me an additional freeze fee they refunded me my entire purchase and technically allowed me to tan for free in their best bed available! Happened upon Image Sun Tanning Salon last year, when disappointed by my previous salon. Glad I made the switch. Didn't take the beautiful and gracious young lady (who shall remain nameless) behind the counter long at all, before she began greeting me by name. On occasions when she sees my vehicle arrive in the parking lot, she's got my name and info pulled up on her computer screen even before I make it thru the door. I'm IN ~ OUT and on my way ~ a little darker and a little happier...!! Patty, the franchise owner is to be seen in-store periodically, doing her thing. She's always smiling and always a pleasure. Beautiful, clean facility, owned and operated by beautiful, consummate professionals ~ and a continued pleasure to show up to 2 to 3 times a week. This place is glamorous and cheap! Cheyenne (I hope I spelled it right!) gave me a great, quick tour. The pricing is simple and cheap and the subscription is convenient. They exclusively sell tanning supplies and have expertise on their products. I would definitely recommend a friend!!! After spraying in the VersaSpa at Oasis for years now, I had to finally give them up since the customer service is just falling down the drain. There are no other salons I can think of in the blue springs area with the VersaSpa/Pro booth - until I came across Image Sun's website. I called to get more further info on pricing and if it were any different process wise from the booth at Oasis. I spoke with a girl named Ashley, very chipper and informative of their sales and also insisted I give the Airbrush a try too, at some point. She helped set up my appointment for my spray tan that I ended up having last Friday. When I went into the salon I immediately loved he vibe and friendliness of the 2 girls who were working the salon at the time. One girl even said she was thrilled I chose them - since I was practically breaking up with my former salon. Hate that I had to do it in general but I am very impressed and happy with my new go-to for sprays! read more

I will never tan here again. Horrible customer service, very snotty when trying to cancel a package. Shame on them for having such rude staff. 100% will NEVER give them my service again. I am disgusted with this place. read more
