I am new to the area. Friday was my second visit. I had a friend in from out of town and we decided…read moreto get pedicures. I appreciated them getting us in quickly My first visit was fine. The girl did an okay job but not good enough for me to ask her name to become a repeat customer. On my second visit I asked for polish and was given the menu. She brought back gel and said that color was not in polish. I picked another color and she brought back the color in gel and a somewhat similar color in polish and showed me that the gel was prettier and lasts so much longer. At this point I accepted the polish that she brought to not delay any further. She proceeded to scrape the crap out of the cuticles on my big toes. Both bled and my left toe still hurts, two days later. I had a regular tech for over 15 years at my former residence and I don't remember her ever bringing blood or hurting me during a manicure or pedicure. And she never pushed her preferences on me. I actually wasn't going to write a review. I was just going to never come back. But since I'm monitoring my toe for infection I thought a review was in order. My first visit would have been a 4 and my second a 1, so I will average the stars for this review.

I went in and got the supreme that gives you the prep spray I got the darkest option for actual tan and then the hydrating spray after. I got NO color from the first spray tan, so 2 days later I went back and got a clear spray. I got color this time BUT it was the most awkward tan ever. During my manicure my nails were never clipped or cleaned, she only ever used a cardboard file and some cuticle scissors on me. I came home and they were still uneven, chipped and split, and my cuticles started bleeding and peeling the week after. But it was a really big waste of time and money, so I felt like I should come on here to let others know.
