I've been to Reflexology Plus three times now, spending over an hour plus there each visit, and…read moreeach experience has been a little different. My first visit wasn't my favorite. The therapist seemed to rush through the massage and didn't spend much time on the trouble areas I noted in my booking. To be fair, I did come in later in the day. The massage itself was just okay, but the glow ritual was really enjoyable. My second visit was definitely better. The therapist really worked out the tension in my back -- it hurt in the best way possible. While he didn't stay fully consistent with my problem areas or work much on the front side, the foot massage and stretching were both very good. My third visit, however, was amazing. Leo did everything right. He followed my booking requests perfectly and is honestly the reason I'm giving this place 5 stars. My only regret is splitting his tip between cash and card because he absolutely deserved it. Overall, this place has a very welcoming atmosphere. I love the setup and how genuine it feels compared to some of the more "manufactured" spa experiences I've had around the city. At this point, Reflexology Plus has become my go-to spot.

I had called to make an appointment and was told I could come in right away. When I arrived, one of…read morethe employees was giving a chair massage to a man right in a semi private area. It felt a little uncomfortable--there was no real privacy, as people could be walking in and out while a person could be trying to relax. I sat there awkwardly until I was finally taken to a private room and asked to wait. I waited about 10 minutes before my 60-minute full body massage began. I was expecting a Swedish-style massage, but it was much more intense than I anticipated. I was sore for a few days afterward, but I did feel overall relief--especially in my neck and lower back. The reason for my 3-star rating is cleanliness. The sheets didn't feel clean; I noticed an oily residue when I first laid down, which was a bit off-putting. Would I go back? Probably not. The price was reasonable, but I'd rather pay a bit more for a cleaner and more professional setting.

Review of Therapeutic massage 90 minutes at Lifestyle Massage & Bodywork rendered by Cameron July…read more1, 2026. As usual their office was clean and inviting. This was my first massage with Cameron. She greeted me warmly and I knew how to prep for the beginning of the session. Cameron was solicitous of where my physiology might need extra attention, so I indicated some areas that would be good to center on. She took it from there and her hands easily found body areas that could use loosening up. She used a wide variety of techniques in an adroit, practised manner that indicated an excellent, well developed, beautiful arsenal of approaches that flowed smoothly from one to the next. How can one describe the feeling of accumulated stresses melting away in response to such a skilled approach? It truly is a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to everyone. At no time did she languish or lose focus in any effective regard. Cameron's performance was totally and utterly awesome during every one of those 90 minutes. If it may sound unusual, it nevertheless is necessary to state that she had an older person's mastery, combined with her chronologically younger person's eagerness to assert her practised effectiveness. She is a wonderful credit to her highly beneficial profession. Richard E.
