First off there was confusion right when we got there and we should have taken it as a sign to leave but we stuck it out. They used generic baby oil and suave lotion. I'm used to at least a aromatherapy type massage oil. The who I think owner was coughing up flem the entire time an you could hear it in the room. It was very distracting There was no music only a ticking clock. Prepare to be rubbed with scratchy towels I wouldn't go back to this place even if it was free. I'm just shocked how bad this place was, thought we did our research an this place was just awful. What a rip off and then the owner had the nerve to ask for a tip 200$ later.....

I booked an appointment for 1:30pm and started to get ready to leave. At 1:06 I was getting ready to leave when they had called me and I was not able to answer because I was getting ready to leave. I arrive for my appointment at the scheduled time to find a locked door. I called the number back and she answered saying she tried to call and email but it was my fault I was not able to be contacted. I check my email and she emailed me saying she had another appointment and I needed to pick a different time. Not sure what the point of "booking" is if it is not a reserved time. Hate to leave bad reviews of places I have never been to before but seems some work on the website is in order if booking does not reserve your time. Probably going to find somewhere else to go next time.

Idk it was the complete opposite of what I had last time. Last time I said i wanted medium pressure so i said the same this time expecting some firmness but after a while of what felt like petting, I asked if she could just do "hard pressure" and she did for about a second and went back to sitting on my butt and rubbing my back like i could of had my boyfriend do at home. After that she covered my back and set her phone on the bed and i could feel it buzzing which I thought was a little unprofessional given my glutes were exposed right before that. Anyway she rubbed my legs and flipped me over and i will say it was a great face and scalp massage but other than that she literally pet me for an hour and I didn't feel any relief at all.

I usually call in advance for an appt for my husband and myself, I called the day of the first time we went and they were able to get us in. We did the combo massage, back and feet. The second time I called a few days in advance, they never took my name or anything. We showed up and they seemed a bit surprised, but we expected it. They still got us in right away. One of the rooms can have both of us in it- like a couples massage. They have been professional each time, they don't walk out to take phone calls and such like some of the other places. Pressure is good. I prefer a pretty deep massage and they deliver. You can add things on to your massage, we haven't done that yet but I may try the cupping next time. The rooms are clean and then always seem to have two people working. They do have an extra charge for credit cards, if you can swing cash you will save 3 bucks per massage.
