I went to see her for my first brazilian wax ever today and was incredibly nervous. She could tell right off the bat it was my first time and she did an amazing job putting me right at ease. She walked me through the entire process step by step and did a great job keeping my mind off what was happening to help minimize any pain created by anticipation. I'm not going to lie and say it didn't hurt at all, because let's be real, this is a sensitive area. Nikki is such an amazing woman. If you want a super fast and relatively pain free wax, Nikki is your girl. I found Niki through Yelp 2 years ago and she is amazing! My Brazilian waxes were so painful before I went to her and they took forever. Now, I'm in and out in less than 20 minutes and while it's still not my favorite thing to do, Niki makes it much more comfortable! She is so kind, positive, understanding, and funny. When I go to see her now, I'm not just going to get my wax but to visit and catch up with a friend! I just recently got a Bella Facial and it was wonderful. My fine lines are much fainter and my skin looks better overall. Finally, I also took a yoga class from Niki and like always she's so personable and easily makes adjustments for the varied skill levels of her students. My friend and I were on the hunt for a place that we could get a bikini wax. Since it was both of our first times, we wanted to make sure it was safe, sanitary, etc...We came across Nichole's business and went to check it out. I am a very modest person and the moment I walked into the establishment, it seriously felt like it was home. I have been going to Nichole for regular waxes for almost 3 years now - I found her Bella Bar via Groupon when I still worked in Overland Park and stuck with her even when I moved to the River Market. She now has a second location near Martini Corner which has been so convenient! Both locations are very pleasant, cozy and clean. She made what could have been a painful, unpleasant service go rather quickly and as comfortably as possible. I also attended a seminar she held, "My Bag and The Four Agreements." This was an amazing "group coaching" session with several boss babes as we journeyed through the 4 Agreements and experienced deep intimate discussions. I recently moved to the area from out of state and dreaded having to find a place for my waxing and skin care needs (especially since Brazilians give me anxiety :) .
