I said, who do I reach out to if I have any questions being that this is a peel and I don't want to mess my face up. She gave me her number. After two days, I had a question on how I was peeling and if it was normal. She never responded. I ended up messaging the Instagram acct and asking the questions. The person responding through messenger was nice enough. The lady who applied my peel didn't reach out to me until a week after the appt and only asked how my peeling went then tried to get me to come in for more products/sessions. I paid over $250 for this, the results were okay but it could have really messed up my face if I did it wrong. The least she could have been is responsive or a little more informative. Very disappointing for a place, I usually enjoy visiting.

There is only one lady working but one time I went there and she had another girl helping her. I honestly don't mind if I ever have to wait because I would rather have my eyebrows threaded than waxed.
