The gal who greeted us up front upon entry was very kind and helpful, and made us feel at home and comfortable until our reservation was ready. We were ushered back and given instructions on how to get situated on the head spa bed, and did so. Then, close the eyes, and BOOM!!! It's an all-head, hour-long extravaganza of tingles, chills and good vibes! You know it's good when they tell you it's over, and it feels like it's only been 10 minutes, max! My only complaint, which is to myself, is that we didn't reserve another hour after our head spa so we could just take a nice, long nap! Special thanks to our head spa specialists, who were both fantastic, and helped us celebrate another wonderful year of marriage!

The girl doing my pedicure was VERY slow. I noticed two pedicures were nearly completed before mine. I told the receptionist and she said she's new and was dismissive about it. If they are going to put a new person on the floor, they need to make sure she is actually ready. If she is still in training, they need to give the client a discount and inform them the pedicure might be longer than normal. It was not the technicians fault, it was the studios fault. She also refused to cover the cost of a different massage in town and laughed some more. I was really shocked by the lack of care and service.
