After some thought I canceled my intial appointment for a nurse consult and told them I did not want the procedure. They billed my CareCredit for $4000 and refuse to reverse the charge. They presented an invoice for this amount from the day of our phone call and continue to say I received the service. I have not had any treatment at their facility. I am now disputing this charge for the third time. After this, I would NEVER use them for anything!
