Today was the final straw. I arrived on time, sitting in the parking lot, and they canceled my appointment on the spot. First they bumped it back 15 minutes, then called again saying they could only do half of my service an hour later. I'm too busy to sit in a parking lot all day waiting for them to figure out their schedule. What makes this even more frustrating is that if I were late, they'd charge me half the service fee without hesitation. The double standard is unbelievable. The staff is consistently rude and acts like they couldn't care less, despite the fact that I pay good money every single visit. I'm done wasting my time and energy here.
