I have now been coming here for over 5 years!!! I would not trust anyone else in the KC area with my eyebrows... I take them very seriously lol. Honestly love them they have become like a second family to me! I also recently started adding the tinting to them and it's my favorite doesn't last too long but adds to my shape in such a natural way! Also every now and then I'll treat myself to a quick mask they have like two options and it's only 12 dollars! (The rose water mask is what I do) Sometimes there can be a wait (I usually get lucky and time when I go) but I talked with Minaz and it's so hard to find workers, I say either way it's worth the wait! I'm a little sensitive to there wax but I still use it on my upper lip and don't have any breakouts! Definitely recommend this place it's my go to every two weeks.

The staff was very nice and again, very quick, but the trim at the end was basically just for show and none of the baby hairs above my eyebrows or in between the brows were covered. I didn't notice some of the missing pieces until I got home and it was pointed out to me, but for the money, I wasn't as thrilled as I have been at other places. I would also love if they had some sort of rewards program because that would definitely incentivize me to go back, but for now, I'll stick with my usual! I do wish them luck and understand that every thread is different. Unfortunately my first one just wasn't my favorite!

I asked for minimal clean up and not to change the arch or thin them. To not increase the width between them. She seemed to not consider it much, but was confident, quickly agreed and started. They're a different shape now, uneven. It doesn't look bad, but may look bad to grow out. I won't be going back. If you want them to do what they feel looks best it may be for you.
