If you want to have your lashes perm then Alex does great work but after a year of getting my lashes perm I decided to get lash extensions. Worst mistake ever, in less than 48 hours all my lashes came off. Long story short Alex did not redo the service and she did not refund my $200. To make matters worse after writing my review she began to call my phone and harassed me about the review comment I wrote. She call me evil because I wrote a review about the poor services I received when it came to my lash extensions. Well now I am not recommending her for lash perms or lash extensions or any other service. What person calls a customer and harass them after reading the review comment. I don't have enough good things to say about this salon! I went in to get my lashes done for the first time by Arenita. I wasn't sure how I wanted mine to look and she showed me several options to ensure I got the look that worked for ME. The appointment took a little over 2 hours and it was the most relaxing 2 hours..I was shocked! My lashes were struggling to stick due to residue from mascara that I wore the previous day (rookie mistake on my end). I woke up this morning (2 days after getting them done) and had lost quite a few lashes due to this. Arenita scheduled an appointment for me today, last minute, to make sure I was 100% happy with my results, even though it wasn't even her mistake (note...don't wear mascara a few days before getting lashes done lol). i wanted to try a new lash place, and let me tell you how much of a great idea that was. i went in nervous thinking they couldn't do what i wanted because it was a new place and i usually don't go out of my comfort zone. i got classic the first time and they were AMAZING! super light and natural and looked so good. the lashes could've lasted me 3 weeks but i got them done again 2 weeks later because i wanted a more fuller look. i went again today to get hybrid and she did exactly what i wanted, they look super cute and full, but not to big. it's the cutest room with a blanket and i always feel so comfortable. she is the sweetest lady ever and never fails to hype me up. i will keep going back and will stick to this place. if you're wanting to try a new place definitely pick them. She switched her schedule around so I could have great eyelashes as a bridesmaid for my sister's wedding and that night was my last night in town before I flew out. The first time I got it done in KC; I went back to Grenada (where I lived at the time), where the weather was hot and humid since Grenada is in the Caribbeans; and my lashes stayed curled for at least 4 months.
