very great experience, the atmosphere was lovely. alex was great and the result is very nice. glad i found her!

She was talking on the phone during my appointment for an eyelash perm and was rough with my eyes and lashes, just to justify it with "You're not used to having your lashes done". Other than that she was easy to schedule with. read more

The were so quick to respond to my questions and made me feel comfortable. I can't wait to show off my lashes

Libby is amazing. She is very personable and every time I leave the studio I look and feel amazing. My lashes are absolutely gorgeous. Thanks to Libby in Overland Park Kansas. read more

If you want to have your lashes perm then Alex does great work but after a year of getting my lashes perm I decided to get lash extensions. Worst mistake ever, in less than 48 hours all my lashes came off. Long story short Alex did not redo the service and she did not refund my $200. To make matters worse after writing my review she began to call my phone and harassed me about the review comment I wrote. She call me evil because I wrote a review about the poor services I received when it came to my lash extensions. Well now I am not recommending her for lash perms or lash extensions or any other service. What person calls a customer and harass them after reading the review comment. I had to block her cell number bc she would not stop call and texting me. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time going here it's not worth it! read more

Edit: I've been going to Alex for years now and still think she's the best. Just last week, my toddler pulled out a clump of my lashes after I had just gotten them done two days prior and Alex was able to get me in within the hour to fix it. Still the best lashes in KC. I recently switched from a classic set to a volume set and Alex NAILED IT. I feel like a whole new person with these big beautiful lashes! Remember to book your appointment in advance because her schedule fills up so quickly! read more

Alex is amazing! During the "winter storm" we had, I was trying to reschedule to another day last minute because of the road conditions, but thankfully Alex was able to switch times for me on such a short notice. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and Alex was really helpful on helping me choose which would look best on me. I love them so much & i feel more confident about myself. Thank you Alex for everything! I definitely recommend Alex if you ever want eyelash extensions!! read more

My first time getting my lashes done. & I must say this was an excellent experience. I was so relaxed I know I fell asleep while Alex was working her magic on my lashes :) Prior to my appointment, Alex was very good at returning my call & answering all of my questions & concerns about the eyelash process. However, she is in high demand & I finally see why. The first day, I've received so many compliments on my lashes & how natural they look. I will definitely be returning to get my lashes touched-up! read more

Alex is amazingggg. I just got a lash lift + tint and my lashes look perfect. everyone keeps asking if I'm wearing mascara when I have nothing on. she's also super friendly & funny. and she's quick! read more

I don't have enough good things to say about this salon! I went in to get my lashes done for the first time by Arenita. I wasn't sure how I wanted mine to look and she showed me several options to ensure I got the look that worked for ME. The appointment took a little over 2 hours and it was the most relaxing 2 hours..I was shocked! My lashes were struggling to stick due to residue from mascara that I wore the previous day (rookie mistake on my end). I woke up this morning (2 days after getting them done) and had lost quite a few lashes due to this. Arenita scheduled an appointment for me today, last minute, to make sure I was 100% happy with my results, even though it wasn't even her mistake (note...don't wear mascara a few days before getting lashes done lol). She's so friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cares about her clients! 10/10 recommend!! read more

I did my lashes with Alex and I never could be happier with the results that I got Alex is so professional and good at what she does I got what I asked for my lashes looks so perfect and can't be more happier thank you so much for the amazing job! read more

Excellent service. I made a last minute request for service. I was very pleased with the attention to detail. My lashes are stunning.

i wanted to try a new lash place, and let me tell you how much of a great idea that was. i went in nervous thinking they couldn't do what i wanted because it was a new place and i usually don't go out of my comfort zone. i got classic the first time and they were AMAZING! super light and natural and looked so good. the lashes could've lasted me 3 weeks but i got them done again 2 weeks later because i wanted a more fuller look. i went again today to get hybrid and she did exactly what i wanted, they look super cute and full, but not to big. it's the cutest room with a blanket and i always feel so comfortable. she is the sweetest lady ever and never fails to hype me up. i will keep going back and will stick to this place. if you're wanting to try a new place definitely pick them. My lash artist is Amal. love her! read more

Alex is awesome! She accommodated me into her schedule on a last minute call. She switched her schedule around so I could have great eyelashes as a bridesmaid for my sister's wedding and that night was my last night in town before I flew out. They were very comfortable, did not irritate my eyes, and I got lots of compliments from them. They lasted about 4 weeks and I was doing intense activities like swimming in the ocean and hiking. She has great customer service and she will definitely take care of you. read more

This is my girl when I'm in Kansas. Check her out on ig if you haven't already done so. I have got my lashes permed twice, and I loved it both times. The first time I got it done in KC; I went back to Grenada (where I lived at the time), where the weather was hot and humid since Grenada is in the Caribbeans; and my lashes stayed curled for at least 4 months. It was crazy how long they last. Now that I moved back from Grenada, I got them done again by Alex, and am still in love with her work. I plan on getting my lash extensions done next month by her since her work is amazing, and also, sweetest girl ever, and that's definitely the cherry on top read more

This was my first time getting a lift and tint after having lash extensions for a couple months. My lashes were super short since I just got the extensions removed, it almost looked like I had none. My lash lift lasted over a month and that's with wearing mascara, using facial cleansers, oils, having very oily skin AND swimming in the ocean on vacation. Alex is by the far the best lash artist in KC and I have tried quite a few.She does not rush her work and works with the thickness of your lashes. My previous artist was not filling them but simply spreading out lashes to make them look full. My lashes by Alex last for super long and look amazing weeks in. She is also funny and kind and great to talk to. Even with a small bump in the road she went above and beyond to remedy the situation. No words for how amazing my lashes look after a session with Alex. read more

I LOVE LASHED BY ALEX !!!!! I have been going to her for 7 months now and I really could not ask for an all around better quality service! Being a licensed esthetician who is truly passionate about her line of work is what separates her from other local lash techs. her salon is clean and peaceful, she is very accommodating in fitting you into her busy schedule (Seriously shes so busy but will switch her schedule around to get you in), she listens to what you want and delivers, but will also recommend what type of lash will suit your eye type best. She is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to make sure you are pleased. She uses the highest quality lashes and glue custom to your needs AND is big on sanitation. I have had my lashes done before by someone else who was not using proper sanitation If you're a first timer and hesitant on the process of lashes she will walk you through it until you feel more comfortable. Go see Alex she's the best!! read more

Alex is awesome! A definite 5 stars. I'm not one to even write yelp reviews but I felt praise for her work was necessary! She was able to fit me into her busy schedule with no problem! Her location is cute and clean! I was able to express the look I wanted and she definitely helped me achieve that look. She doesn't rush her work, which I love! When I'm paying for services, I want it to be thorough and she was definitely patient with me while doing my eye lashes! I have gotten so many compliments on them, and I haven't been wearing any kind of makeup out lately. Now when you feel super pretty rocking a bare face, that's how you know it's good work! I highly recommend her to anyone needing eyelash extensions! read more
