Like most places, customers stay fully clothed with a towel placed over their body. The young man working on me did a good job of concentrating on my overly tight muscles. I also appreciated him asking for feedback and responding to my request for more or less pressure in places. I liked how quiet it was. I was there on a Sunday afternoon, so I don't know if it's different during the week. But some places I have been to have suite neighbors playing loud music, or had a restaurant with dishes banging around and their kitchen, etc. It's really hard for me to relax with that kind of noise. The place was clean and I have no hesitations and recommending it to others .

*all three stars are based on the nail tech and her making the best of an obviously tough…read moresituation* The quality of this place has really gone downhill. I booked a pedicure service, and the three foot spa/sink areas were all out of service. My foot soak was in a shallow plastic dish of cold water. The top of my feet were exfoliated, presumably because it was all that could be easily rinsed. I am not sure what the issue was, but there was not hot or running water. They should not be offering this service as listed. It is a misrepresentation. I was charged $58 for the service, so with tip, I paid nearly $90 for a spa pedicure service that I could have done at home, but with hot water. I felt terrible for the young nail tech because she was truly fabulous and clearly making the best of what her employer had available; but she's never going to be able to build a book of business without functioning spa equipment. The actual polish service was pristine and will probably last a few months or more. I would absolutely book a service with the tech again, if she moved to another spa. However, even if the owner decided to bring her business out of disrepair, I'm not sure I'd return because of the bait and switch, and willingness to destroy that young woman's early professional development.

My boyfriend and I got a 60 min couple's massage. We both work out frequently, so our main goal was to work out some knots, improve mobility, and overall, just get some relief from the constant tension that comes with lifting. Mackenzie and Samantha are great at what they do. They were friendly and professional upon arrival and helped us through the process without judgement. They communicated well throughout the service, ensuring we were comfortable and getting exactly the kind of care we needed. The massages were absolutely incredible. Samantha was amazing, worked out knots I didn't even know I had! My boyfriend had never had a massage and was skeptical if it was worth it but was amazed at how relaxed and rejuvenated he felt afterwards. I'm so happy we came here because I knew the first experience would make or break his opinion on massages. Safe to say we will be getting more couple's massages here in the future!

First and foremost, I booked this service through a Groupon offer with the intent of exploring whether it would be a good fit for my needs. At no point did I sign or verbally agree to any additional policies regarding fines, nor was I made aware of such in a clear, professional manner. The tone and approach of your communication, particularly from the individual named Michael at the front desk, came across as extremely condescending and dismissive. That is not how any client should be treated, especially someone exploring your services for the first time. The suggestion that I am now being treated as though I've defaulted on a legal or financial obligation -- simply because I was unable to attend an introductory appointment -- is not only inappropriate, it's deeply triggering given personal traumas I've experienced. This approach has completely severed my trust in your business.
