Extremely Unprofessional, Unsafe, and Misleading Experience - Serious Compliance Concerns I have been a regular customer at this place for nearly two years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing and alarming. I booked and prepaid $100 for a deep tissue massage through their website, which explicitly instructs customers to arrive 15 minutes early. I followed that instruction exactly. Despite this, I was told by a staff member to wait outside, and I was left standing there for 15 minutes. Only after someone remotely opened the door did a man who appeared to be the owner arrive. When I referenced their own website policy, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating that there was "nothing wrong" with me waiting outside. This alone reflects poor customer handling and disregard for their own stated procedures. Unfortunately, the service itself was far worse. I clearly filled out the intake form indicating significant stiffness in my shoulders and back, requesting focused work in those areas. Despite paying for deep tissue, the person who normally sits at the front desk performed the massage and spent the first 30 minutes lightly stroking my back, providing no therapeutic pressure whatsoever. When I explicitly asked him to work on my shoulders and muscle knots, there was minimal response. He failed to properly use oil and even attempted to massage through the blanket, including on my legs, which is completely inconsistent with deep tissue standards and basic massage protocols. This is not what was advertised, not what was paid for, and not what was agreed upon. The most concerning part came later. After I again asked whether he intended to work on my shoulders, he left the room, returned with an unknown substance or item, and applied it to my shoulder without any explanation, consent, or warning. I was never told what it was, what it would do, or whether it was appropriate for my condition. I am now experiencing visible bruising and a burning sensation, which I have documented with photos. From a consumer safety and compliance standpoint, this raises serious red flags: -No informed consent for a treatment applied -No disclosure of products or techniques used -Apparent misrepresentation of a "deep tissue" service -Lack of basic professional standards and client care -Potentially unsafe practices resulting in physical injury Due to the severity of the bruising and lack of disclosure or consent, I am currently exploring legal options and seeking professional advice to investigate the injury further. Additionally, during previous visits, the front desk staff repeatedly pressured customers to leave reviews, which now makes it very clear that many of the existing positive reviews are likely the result of review solicitation rather than genuine experiences. This was not just a bad massage; it was misleading, unprofessional, and physically harmful. I strongly advise people to be extremely cautious. If you value your health, safety, and hard-earned money, consider going somewhere that follows proper professional standards, respects informed consent, and delivers the service they advertise. I bought a Groupon for a couples massage, and called them ahead of time to request a female masseuse for my girl. - They tried to upcharge me $50 for that. - Then tried to sell me a separate package for her and insisted on a guy massaging her. - Then made it difficult to schedule the massage by stating that most days were unavailable for Groupon customers. - Then redirected me from phone to "email support" even though it's just two people working there. Day after massage ... I'm sore and battered in all the wrong places! I've been getting regular massages for the last 20+ years and this was by far the most uncomfortable experience. My spine, my sternum and my hip bones are all sore. Not sure why those body parts, with minimal muscle, were the focus? I genuinely don't know what style of massage they are going for here. My personal preference, for a deep tissue massage, is a slow stroke targeted tension relief. The strokes were incredibly fast like hand washing clothes on an old fashioned wash board. Too aggressive for my liking. I was holding my breath, tensing my muscles and nervous the entire time. I understand everyone has their own preferences so if you love having your hair swatted away like a deadly fly and/or lying on the table exposed (butt) with the door open (when she went to get hot stones), by all means ... Attractive women beware. I was physically molested here by the male masseuse while celebrating my wedding anniversary with my husband. I had to swat the guy's hand away and tell him to stop when he kept grabbing at my breasts. This was at the very end of the massage but had it been any earlier I would have walked out. Also their sheets are VERY THIN and my neck has been out of line since and is making a cracking sound when I tip my head back. I'm going to a chiropractor this week to see what they did to cause this. Very scary and would not recommend. They also try to put you on the spot to leave a positive review before you leave the facility right in front of them which is I'm sure why they have so many. Good deep tissue massage, but was very rough and tensed up, just so people are aware if they feel uncomfortable easily, the nice lady who did mine, respectfully tucked the sheet into my full cover panties but still pulled it down to where my butt was exposed and butt was touched quite a bit and she was close to crotch, while a gentleman worked on my husband (couples massage), also there's a brief neck/face rub at the end and also rubbed in the ears, yes the sheets are very thin. read more

Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! The massage was very uncomfortable and felt extremely inappropriate. I have received dozens of massages and this was by far the most invasive. The massage therapist did light pressure and was rubbing me lightly for too long in my upper inner thighs. I asked for deep pressure. I didn't reserve the massage with my phone number, but they proceeded to text and harass me by using a call log! UPDATE: They have still been contacting me and its been nearly 3 months. I called them to stop contacting me and he laughed, threatned, and said racist remarks. I have contacted the cops with my text & voice recording evidence. Very unprofessional. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS. I was driving by and saw a sign advertising their massage price. It's not high end retail but it's next to a great remodeling company so I assumed it was nicer on the inside. I asked the man at the counter about scheduling a couples massage a few days out. He told me it would be $140. OK. Pricey. I said thanks for the info and he said 'Pay now.' WTF? I told him I'll think about it and he said (verbatim) 'Pay me now. You fucking asshole. Do you understand me now?' I'm definitely not expecting this at 10:00 on a Monday morning. I let him know that he was way out of line and he literally followed me out the door to cuss at me in the parking lot. This dude is dangerous. I'm 6' 2", 225 and not the kknd of guy people casually curse at. He needs to be shut down before he does that to someone with a shorter fuse than I have. read more

When left them a poor review after I left and my back still hurt, they called me a liar and posted a YouTube video of me that was recorded on a camera of their front desk saying I felt fine. They called me supposedly to "make it right", but how are they going to make residual pain in my back right? Sounds like other people have been harassed as well. Steer clear. read more

This was my worst experience ever. I bought a Groupon and requested a female massage therapist twice. First when I made my appointment on the phone and when I arrived for my massage. Ming Zhong who later said he was the manager never told me that he could not grant my request. He sent a male therapist. I told the man that I had requested a female therapist. Zhong came in the room and informed me that the massage was not gender based. The female therapist did not take Groupon so I would have to pay cash for the service. I refused. After corresponding with Groupon I returned to Massage FE to ask for information to contact the manager. Zhong who had on a receptionist tag said he was the owner. I told him how disappointed I was. He stated that he did not want everybody to like him and used Mr. Trump as an example of a person who did not care if people likes him. He invited me to have the place of business searched or I could do whatever I wanted. I mentioned that I thought that customer satisfaction was a business owner's priority. He insisted that he didn't care if everyone liked him. He used profanity as well. I have never in my entire life had that kind of experience with a business owner who provides a service. This business needs to be closed down until Zhong is able to have some training on how to deal with clients. I am of the opinion that his actions were racially motivated.
