Showed up for my appointment and was told there was no one available. Again, I say.....appointment.

I went here on Aug 13 at 340. I was scheduled for a mani and a pedi. While the was proceeding with the pedi package I selected, he grab a pack of lotion and the scalding hot lotion wasted on the top of my ankle. I screamed and the just keep applognizing during the appointment. I figured the pain would just go away and it did not. I wanted to see if I still had to pay. The manager told me that they would still charge me for polish and etc. But just take off that spa treatment. My original price was $154 and went to $109. I could not believe I actually had to even ask instead of it being offered it. I am currently at the emergency room getting seen fot this pain. I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION! read more

Thanks again Yelp for another great recommendation!! I took my best friend here today to get her nails done to get ready for her 40th birthday, and they absolutely didn't disappoint! As I was getting my nails polished with Gel for the very first time in my life I did not know what to expect, luckily my friend knew what was going on, and jumped in when she could tell that I wasn't really happy with how my snowflakes were turning out. She kindly spoke to the owner who immediately jumped in to take over making them into little masterpieces! I walked in at the end of the business day to get a pedicure and gel nails. I was in/out within the hour. Now, that's good customer service. I don't like my nails filed thin and Kim always aim to please. I highly recommend and willl definitely be going back. read more

I am visiting for the holidays from Colorado and came in on Christmas Eve expecting them to tell me there wasn't time for a gel manicure and pedicure. However, they assured me there was plenty of time and got me going in no time. The whole experience was very pleasant and the staff was very kind and accommodating. I got exactly what I wanted and was over the moon at their attention to detail to give me great looking nails and toes. To top it off, they gave me a free Christmas gift on the way out. Today was my first and last visit! While there I heard a conversation wherein someone called to complain about their service and then showed up to have her nails taken off. Also a client was in the process of leaving and questioned the service and was taken back to her seat to have the service corrected. As I was in a hurry due to medical appointment, I was unable to check my manicure and pedicure until I arrived home. My feet simply do not reflect service. They are rough around the heals and sides as well as hard areas on other areas of the soles of my feet. I will need to find another salon tomorrow to have a pedicure. this is unacceptable. I got my nails don't Tuesday for prom and it is now Sunday, almost all of my nails are lifting and then I've never had a problem with that before. It was really unprofessional the way they joked around about cutting their clients while cutting their cuticle. I got short acrylic nails for $70, i tipped $10 because they were super cute. I have gone to many nail salons and asked for just regular polish and everyone has known what that means; cut and file the nails to a certain shape, cut the cuticles and then add polish. I went here and asked for regular polish, They didn't trim my nails, didn't cut the cuticles, didn't ask me what shape i wanted didn't shape them at all actually. She dropped the nail filer on the floor and when I asked her to get a new one she completely ignored me and used it on me. I took off my nail polish a few days later and found that many obvious scratches had been left behind on my nails. The only good thing is that I paid less than $20. read more

Was in Belton for a wedding. Called Saturday morning to ask for an appointment for a mani/pedi. They got me right in within an hour. The salon is VERY clean and organized, which you don't always see in a strip mall nail salon. The staff was very friendly and FAST. A teenage girl waiting for her mom commented that she liked one of the staff's braided hair, and she offered to show her how to braid...and she did! Seems like the staff is a warm, inviting family, and the prices can't be beat. $45 for a mani/pedi that included sugar scrub and paraffin wax! So often I feel like people rush to get my nails done so fast and I feel like I don't get the time and attention I pay for. I went in today for a nail dip and gel pedicure. I could not be happier. They got me right in and took their time making sure everything was perfect. The nail dip process has always been a little lengthy, so if you are in a hurry I would not suggest this service. My pedi was very relaxing and I enjoyed talking with everyone that works there along with the other customers. I just left this extremely busy nail salon! My first visit and very happy I found this place! I received the best pedi and dip nail manicure that I've had in awhile. I just couldn't be happier! Very nice technicians were gentle, had an eye to detail and spoke very good English. Amy did my pedi and Jon Lee did my mani...as much as I hate to get their names out there I must give them the credit!! I suggest calling ahead for an appointment because they are very busy but a gal did walk in and they were very willing to accommodate her if she didn't mind waiting 30 minutes. I will never go back! I asked for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. Two different nail techs kept trying to het me to do gel or dip. I have had those before and wanted acrylic. They wouldn't stop! Finally got my point across, the man was rude did a sloppy job. I would love to post a picture! He made my thumb bleed and didn't even apologize for that! You could see my nail thru the polish...he said it's because its not gel???? REALLY? Cause my toes had the same polish and looked fine! The girl who did my pedicure did good. I brought my 84 year old grandmother as a treat, and while her manicure was lovely (she couldn't understand her manicurist due to her accent, but that was not a problem), my pedicure was not great. I went there 8 days ago for shellac and pedicure - Both together cost me $80.00 before tip. today half of my nails with their new Organic shellac - IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK DONE. Way over priced if you asked me. Toes you cannot even tell they were filed, and polished. When I do my own pedicure it last about 3 weeks with OPI polishes. Today, my mom and I visited here for the first time. My mom got a manicure and I got a pedicure. We had drastically different feelings on the services we received. My mom liked her mani, a lot. The gal was gentle and did a great job on the painting, but could have pushed the cuticles back a little more. My pedi was pretty awful. The water was pretty well cold, the gal was extremely rough on the grooming portion, sloppy paint job and nails that are literally jagged on the ends. The massage portion of my pedi was great, but that was the only decent part. I certainly won't be back. read more
