Based off all the wonderful reviews -- I called and made an apt. We were seen right on the dot. Service was fantastic and the most gentle pedicure I've ever had but in a great way! Henry....I like you. Thank you for doing an excellent job on my little orange toes to finish up the summer. Place was super clean, super cute, and had the best music. Anyway I get there early and had to wait only to find out the the nail tech would only do gel and said that regular polish dried too fast and I told her no and asked if there was anyone else who could do it. Nobody's time should be wasted or taken advantage of. As a first-time customer, I won't be returning mainly because the front desk lady couldn't explain why no one had come to update me that Sydney was running behind with another client. I didn't expect Sydney to come tell me herself, because she was already running behind. Sydney has the best personality, and she was very gentle during my pedi. Thank you again, Sydney! Also, walking into such a posh-looking spa shouldn't make you cringe when you sit down on their dirty couch. It makes it so much easier to see how a color will actually look. My nails turned out gorgeous thanks to George and Teresa. My only real frustration is the booking process. You can only make appointments over the phone, and while I was able to schedule once via messaging, my later messages there were never responded to. It's a small thing, but it does make it less accessible or convenient to book for people with accessibility limitations, and that's the only thing that has stopped me from returning. Still, the staff I interacted with were friendly and skilled, and the results were beautiful. I would be back if there were more flexible ways to book for people with limitations.

Kim does her nails. I sat down and the water was perfect in the tub..my feet were immediately like "this is nice". Sofia started and began with the scrub. It was scratchy at first but then was pleasant. She went on to remove the horrid dead skin from my feet and I felt sorry for her. Again, been a year and me trying at home was more.like buff off the hard parts kind of. She got the deaf skin off and my feet felt like pillows. So soft! Because its been so long, my feet were super sensitive and that sucked but, it wasn't her fault. She painted my toes (gel of course in a nice dark lavender). Twice i have spoken up and both times I was talked back to with "your so picky" "the pickiest customer here". 1st time it was checkered print on my nails and both hands didn't match up, she fixed on the spot but was agitated i spoke up. 2nd time was just a few days ago and I sent a pic and she said she could do it. I wanted ghosts but they looked like puppy dogs. I went home and was displeased so I then asked to have redone, I went with a simple color as asking for detailed work doesn't seem to be her specialty and they agreed to change for free. What i didn't like was how i was treated by the nail tech, seems she didn't like hearing that her work was unsatisfactory and her having the audacity to say "you do your nails and then show me how to do it" I said excuse me, Your the nail tech not me and im the PAYING customer and you won't talk to me like that. 12 plus years going here seeing most everyone of the nail techs and I wont be back, learn how to take criticism and dont argue with the customer.
