I believe I've finally found my go to! Called to set up an appt, prior. Arrived and had to wait a slight bit. No big deal, gave me time to pick my colors. One thing I absolutely love about this salon, they did NOT once ask me about my nationality or spoke bad about any customers in Vietnamese. It was clean, comfortable and definitely felt like it wasn't my first time there. The owner would call her regulars by their first name when they arrived. I'm from out of town and was in desperate need of a manicure/pedicure. Found this place on Yelp and the reviews and pictures looked promising. Once my mother and I arrived we were very surprised the inside was very bright, welcoming and clean. The ladies were very friendly and took us both right away. The woman who worked on my pedicure and the man who worked on my mothers were great. Very patient and professional. When it came to the gentlemen who worked on my manicure though I'm just going to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was just a bit grumpy from having a rough morning or tough day. He just seemed like he didn't want to be there, got frustrated even when I communicated with him about the length that I wanted for my nails. He did a great job but he just seemed a bit snappy and irritated so I hope his day gets better, that's all. The nails came out excellent, the shop was excellent, we would still highly recommend and come back but I'd just would definitely feel more comfortable with one of the friendlier employees next time. Mary did great with my dip manicure but the file gave me a small cut on my pinkie so some of the products burned when they were used. I did notice that the tools were not in sterile packaging before she used them on me. Not sure about the laws in Missouri as I am from Texas. Would have preferred for them to be sanitized before they were used on me. I now know to ask for sterile tools next time. I would also recommend that you ask the prices before you get the service. After being disappointed at a different shop for the last time, I decided to give US Nails a try. They were quite busy tonight, it is two days before Christmas after all and I didn't make an appointment beforehand. I was happy that they fit me in and didn't rush me right out the door. Hope (the owner) did my nails. I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she did it perfectly. I appreciated she was meticulous and skilled. I was also impressed at the atmosphere in the shop. The service was well priced ($35.00 for dip), which included removal, cuticle trim, and a decent arm massage (more of just a lotion rub). My technician did accidentally cut my cuticle with the drill, but he was quick to put some antiseptic on it and stop the bleeding before he continued. I'll most likely be back! read more

One Saturday last summer I woke up to my older sister coming into my room asking if I wanted to get my nails done. I said yes hoping to get acrylics because I have a chronic skin picking disorder and its bad when it comes to my fingers- I knew having a longer set of nails would prevent me from being able to do any real damage. The shop manager Hope is such a sweet-heart and said getting powder-dip would be better for my nails. It really is! They say powder dip nails last up to 4 weeks, but these actually last longer. Like most nail salons, it's not the best place for lip waxes. They don't take caution when applying the wax. I asked for a lip wax and she put wax all the way down to my chin. Then she almost forgot my lower lip. I didn't like that she serviced me in a spa pedicure chair out in the open and it was physically uncomfortable. And she was on the phone the entire time. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the price was pretty nice. To go through all of this for only $5, it made up for the poor service. read more

I went here last Thursday got a regular mani/pedi and had a horrible experience, my massage chair was broken and I have 5 scabs on 5 different cuticles from it and after 24 hours most of the tips had chipped off almost completely went back after a day and they would not do anything about it, I wasn't looking for my money back I just wanted my nails done for st.pattys day. $59 and almost nothing to show for it.
