We were going to leave because they hadn't started our pedicures but they insisted that we would be fine because they still had 30 mins before they shut it off. We both sat down at the same time to get our pedis but a lady worked on my mom's feet for at least 10 mins before a man came & started on mine. I chose the same $45 pedi for both of us, in which they both included a "longer massage". I saw my mom receiving the service but I did not get a massage at all. Every time one of the packets was put on my legs it was quickly rubbed in and that was it. Also, my toe nails are very short and always have been and I've never had an issue with getting a nice pedicure. He told me that he wouldn't be cutting my toe nails because they were already short, but he also did not shape them and they looked horrible. Then, he said to me "you need to grow your toe nails out for next time"...like? Despite starting my pedi after my mom's, ours both ended at the same time. At the end of the service I expressed to him that I had not received any foot massage at all, and he pointed to the top of my ankle to under my knee and said that was the "foot massage". I told him that's not a foot massage and he also did not massage my legs he just rubbed the lotion in. He insisted that that was not true, so I just said okay because I'm not going back and forth with anyone. He gave us some tired little bottles of lotion or something to compensate for the nonsense I guess. Not to mention, there were more ppl coming in and they didn't say anything to them about the water being shut off. It was truly a waste of my money and time & we will not be back.

During my most recent appointment, my service was running slightly over time and the next client arrived. Instead of waiting in the seating area, she stood directly behind me and leaned over to watch while my nails were being done. It made me very uncomfortable, and she only moved after I addressed it myself. What bothered me most was how management handled things afterward. While I was paying and tipping, the manager came over and began reprimanding my nail tech about staying on schedule right in front of me. I tried to explain that the situation with the other client made me uncomfortable, but I was dismissed with "I'm talking to my employee." As a paying customer, that response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I completely understand the importance of staying on schedule, but addressing employees in front of clients and ignoring a customer who is trying to express a concern isn't a great way to handle things. My regular nail tech always does a wonderful job, and this review is not a reflection of the quality of the service I receive from her. I just hope management will consider setting clearer expectations for waiting clients and handle staff conversations more professionally in the future
