Today I went in for a pedicure with my mom to gift her a pedicure for Christmas. A few minutes after arriving, a man came in and said that they would be shutting the water off on 40 hwy in the next 30 mins because of a water main leak. We were going to leave because they hadn't started our pedicures but they insisted that we would be fine because they still had 30 mins before they shut it off. We both sat down at the same time to get our pedis but a lady worked on my mom's feet for at least 10 mins before a man came & started on mine. I chose the same $45 pedi for both of us, in which they both included a "longer massage". I saw my mom receiving the service but I did not get a massage at all. Every time one of the packets was put on my legs it was quickly rubbed in and that was it. Also, my toe nails are very short and always have been and I've never had an issue with getting a nice pedicure. He told me that he wouldn't be cutting my toe nails because they were already short, but he also did not shape them and they looked horrible. Then, he said to me "you need to grow your toe nails out for next time"...like? Despite starting my pedi after my mom's, ours both ended at the same time. At the end of the service I expressed to him that I had not received any foot massage at all, and he pointed to the top of my ankle to under my knee and said that was the "foot massage". I told him that's not a foot massage and he also did not massage my legs he just rubbed the lotion in. He insisted that that was not true, so I just said okay because I'm not going back and forth with anyone. He gave us some tired little bottles of lotion or something to compensate for the nonsense I guess. Not to mention, there were more ppl coming in and they didn't say anything to them about the water being shut off. It was truly a waste of my money and time & we will not be back. read more

The business was very clean, neatly laid out and organized, open space, not cluttered and quiet, which for me I appreciated so much. With this being my first visit, I LOVE MY NAILS. Second experience, the first experience was 4 stars, they were nice, gentle, helpful and cleaner. This second experience was terrible, 1 star and only because my toes did look fine when I left. They refused to use latex-free gloves even though they used them last time, I only have a sensitivity not a true allergy so I stayed. They did not use a liner for the foot bath(stated they don't do that), the metal tools did not come out of a sterile bag. When the gloves and liner were mentioned the man working on another customer did get aggressive in his tone and told me I could leave if I didn't agree, honestly I should have left that that time. The tech was rough, so rough my feet were sore after and I had two abrasions on my big toes where they were over pumiced. The heels were not pumiced for more than a few seconds. The tech acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time I was there. $45 pedicure with no foot or leg massage, no part of the pedicure was relaxing or inviting. I appreciated that they didn't try to pressure me into getting a more elaborate pedicure. I noticed a lot of regulars, which seemed like a good sign. I booked an appointment for my birthday full set was 85 with a freestyle on the The website and a pedicure deluxe, which was $38. I received short nails with French tip. When I went to pay, my total came out to $198 when I should've been paying $123 if not I can see maybe $140 with-tip things like that. Remind you, my acrylic is not thick. My cuticles are thin like it's been two days already and I look like I need to go in for a fill. They do this especially to Black people and what I've noticed is every time I book for specific things and end paying at least twice the original total! This is without tip. This place ruined my birthday. When I asked him why my nails was so pricey he says oh we charge for acrylic we charge for length we charge for this we charge for that. Regardless, if they do charge for all of that, my price should have still been around $140-$160 if that the case. Why is my price $198 dollar. This place is a regular walk-in Chinese nail spot with a booking system That's it !!!! They don't do nothing extraordinary there they are a normal nail shop !! Please do not waste your time here it's not worth it!!!!!! I wish I could've gave them no stars. I'm disgusted they continuously scam me out of money and then I asked for a receipt and he tells me his receipt thing is down I said can you email me? I was able to get in in about 30 min. Staff was friendly and polite. The nails look good, but the price given to me at the end of the service was $90...for ombré nails. I've never paid over $65. Called on Thursday 40mins before close asked did they have time for a pedi, male tech insisted I come... asked for regular polish (pink) received the service paid an left... Noticed after I left the shop nails were crooked an polish was on my skin. The next day polish polish began to chip an flake off.. called the shop the same male tech insisted that it was because I asked for "regular" polish. He said they would fix. This is my second time coming and I am pleased with how my nails turned out. I paid $45 for my nails. This confused me however because my friend got almost the same thing but she only paid $35 and she got 3 different colors where as I only had two. This is the only spot I go to get my nails done. I like my nails long and shaped well. Each time I go, they exceed my expectations. I've gotten my toes done too and love them everytime. Not many nail salons can do long nails. The last time I went, my nails stayed on for 3 weeks with no cracks or splitting from my nail bed. I get compliments everywhere I go after I leave. Give a 0 if I could Every time I mean EVERY TIME i go in there the cover my nails with way 2 much glue, to the point my who front of my finger it uncontrollably dried with glue, they always try to over charge me, and I go in today and they try to cut my nails way to short or they would try to charge me more, i told them I've got them longer before without being charged and they were way 2 short and he said there was nothing he could do so I told him take them off and I left not playing over charge for some nails I'm not going to like, will not be back this place used to be my favorite place to go but there service and staff have got horrible and they try to over charged plenty of people. read more

The only good thing about this place is that they have powder colors for acrylic. I went in on a weekday, it was pretty empty I waited a few minutes for the girl (don't remember her name) to seat me down. It wasn't particularly hot but they had the front door open, which (out of all the empty seats and spaces) they sat me right in front of, and there were flies swarming around. She glued the tips on but when it came time to cut she cut with straights scissors, which made the curved tips straighten out and became unglued from my fingernails. She started by placing the acrylic on my pinky and at first it looked like it would be good, she didn't make it too bulky. But as she proceeded that changed. After that each nail she did was thick and bulky, the thickness of each nail was slightly different than the other. When she was done a he didn't clean the acrylic around my nail, like the part that's sometimes left on the corners underneath the nail. When I left I went home and just cramped that stuff off myself. It's now been 3 weeks (I usually wait this long to review to see how the nails wear) and the edges look ugly. The sides are lifting. You wouldn't be able to get a fill on this. $45 and it was SOOOO not worth it. I go to nail shops to get good service and I shouldn't have to babysit or correct the person doing my nails on these basic things. Every customer should be given the best service wether they seem "picky" or not. This was the crappy service I got so here's my review. Pictures attached. So I made an appointment for 4:30 on a Thursday and they didn't take me back until over an hour later. I'd be more understanding if I didn't have an appointment but I did. I made sure they were aware I had an appointment but it didn't seem to matter. They only had four people working and about 10 customers waiting. I was very happy with my nails and they did a great job but I won't go back. I was there a total of 3 hours including wait time. That's just too long. Be careful if you go here. I had a full set done and my mother had a manicure. Hers went well, although they file very roughly. Mine, however, was not pleasant. I asked for a slight coffin shape that wasn't severe and even had a picture I brought of what I wanted. I was told they would do gems, and then later I was told no. They glued on tips without even checking the fit so parts of my nails don't have acrylic and are starting to lift. The shape was very severe and they said they couldn't do anything about it. This place is always busy which speaks volumes to the quality of service. I am a regular that usually gets a manicure and pedicure every two weeks. The prices are reasonable and the people are so friendly. They always have a smile on their faces. Before a recent trip, I had the most amazing set of color acrylics put on! The color was a subtle pale blue and the shape was perfect almond. Unfortunately, I am not the type to be able to maintain long nails so I have gone back to my natural nails with dip powder. I wanted to really like this salon however the hype is not real. I spent $55 on a ombre powder set, a week later both my middle finger nails had broken off! I went in to get 1 nail replaced and a fill while I was waiting the second nail broke. For a powder fill it was $25. Just for the nails to break again 4 days later. Also, the nails I got replaced do not match the other ombre nails from my original visit. I shouldn't have to constantly go to the nail shop because they keep breaking. I went and had a pedi and had no polish to remove or put on and the gal on the left got the full treatment and was charged 20 I am confused. Do they charge more to do a man's pedi and do less.
