When I returned from my car to point out the issue, the technician and receptionist laughed and said it could be fixed--but the "fix" was just as careless as the original job. I paid $165.00 on May 15 2025. I went into M nailstudio was meet with you want pedi/ manicure. I said yesband had mentioned to the owner i was getting my nails done for my birthday. I received horrible service from the owner. The owner was not spending the needed time on my nails. The owner keep leaving my nails / work station to take care of others. I had to keep reminding her what I want,because she keep trying to give me what she wanted to do. I was in the nail shop from 3 until 7 that evening. I had to ask for her to paint my nails to tip, because she kept behaving as if she did not want to fully paint the nail so i could ask for another coat.(Which they charge for)The owner left glue all on the jewelry that she put on my nails. The sides of my nails was not fully painted. Gold design lines and jewelry going across my toes & nail crooked. Cuticles not shaped nor clipped. Im questioning what's the owner is doing and she telling me she's going to fix it. I didn't appreciate it being children sitting the nail shop and im trying to relax or have some time for the day. I did not have my glasses on me to see the detal of my nails. Once i got home i look into the detal and was not satisfied with the service.May 16 2025 I return to talk to the owner about my concerns. I was meet with excuses.I did not argue, nor was i rude to her when discussing the situation.I ask if there was a way we could correct this ? The owner asked what did I want to do? The WORST gel manicure i've ever had. The shaping was horrible and uneven, but i let it go because i am just trying to get them longer. Then, 8 of my 10 fingers have chipped in less than a weak because they are all lifting. The 2 that haven't chipped yet are also lifting off my nail. Honestly, it literally hearts to give this place a 2 star review. Every month I couldn't wait to see my guy Aiden (Ayden), as I was confident that he would get me right every single time. He knew my shape and length preference to a T. All I had to do was pick out a color. Now I know this type of encounter comes with months or even a year or more of visiting the same artist. But I was SO disappointed with my most recent. I walked in and immediately noticed that Aiden is no longer working there. No one wanted to tell me or my friend where he was or what happened, I get not wanting to disclose business information. But cmon...he was such a sweetheart and has many fans. When I mentioned his name, they acted as if he sh*t in their Cheerios, I mean literally...they all shook their head and acted like they didn't know him at all?! That little voice in the back of my mind told me to leave, but I decided to stay and give them a try w/o their star player. I proceeded to receive the WORST pedicure of my life. It was the older lady who doesn't talk much. She digging her nails into my heels as a "massage" and aggressively moved my feet and the most uncomfortable position to paint and put the LED light on. She didn't ask me to move, she moved them for me. When I asked her to not be so rough and mentioned that she was actually hurting me, she glanced up, dropped my foot and began painting them. I was getting a fill on a very pretty classic set that Aiden did last month. The girl I went to totally butchered them. All she had to do was follow the shape and length he already put there. I'm not a nail tech, but wtf. I assume it's not that hard? Instead of her asking me what shape I wanted, she began to quickly file my nails and before I could say anything, my shape went from skinny square to skinny COFFIN. I keep my nails kind of short, and I hate the way coffin looks on short nails. I was PISSED. She left my gel polish bumpy and it's already chipping after a week. The entire fill took her 15-20 mins. Just to show how rushed and insincere the encounter was. I paid $80+ for some bs. I've already taken the liberty of finding a new nail tech. Mind you, I'm not the kind of person who needs extra long, extra detail, extra precise lines and crisp designs. I just want them to look decent, clean and classic. That's all. I'm so sad to leave this place, as this is the longest I've stayed dedicated to a single nail salon. I've referred so many people to the shop, specifically to Aiden. But that ends after this past visit. There probably are other talented techs at this salon, but all hope has been killed here. I wish they weren't so petty, and would tell me where Aiden is?! Tracy was my nail tech and nearly two weeks later my dip set is STILL SHINY - STILL INTACT - AND STILL PAINTED! I recently moved to independence and the other shop I tried first did such a shit job I'm not even willing to leave a one star review. That paint was coming off and the sides of my nails were bare and not the best shape. Like I can't stand a shitty nail tech so I'm never going back to that unspeakable place Tracy is my GIRL now and she doesn't know it yet haha. I'm going to be calling for her when I scheduled once I'm due in another week or so. It seems like my nails will certainly last me another week at least M Nail did what I considered a great job. They were fast and didn't leave me soaking for 45 minutes like these other shops. For the price of the deluxe manicure I feel as though my manicure should have at least lasted 2 weeks compared to 5 days. I've been to this shop multiple times and every time I pay a different price for the same service. Also I just came in today and had my nails done and the employee (old male) that did my nails made all of my cuticles bleed and when I was checking out, my fingers were still bleeding and I asked for a napkin and showed them the blood coming from the cuticles, the employees saw that my nails are bleeding that were at the front counter and none of them had anything to say about it. So I frequent this place because it seemingly clean and has family vibe, but I am DONE. I walked in around 6:30pm for a mani/pedi? They close at 7:30pm... Immediately it was obvious the older lady was irritated. That should've been my first queue to leave. She runs the pedi water, and rushes through the process, not properly clean my cuticles, and gave me the worst French tip pedi ever, probably mad because I didn't choose gels , like they doesn't even shine! She also cut the edge of my second toe one time and it grew back messed up. Smdh, I digress, Mind you I'm already feeling bad because I just got the vibe they already didn't want to do those services that late. So while she's finishing up my feet another girl comes over and starts doing my nails, applies tips and roughly and in a hurry drills my naturals. wth! So the lady finishes my toes, they're not even pink and while not glossy, I got to the nail table and tell the girl I don't want just polish I wanted a design, she obliged but was clear hurrying to get the process done!!! My total with regular polish pedicure and a full set was $115.00! And I tipped the elder lady $10and the nail lady $20. I work in the cosmo industry so I ALWAYS tip well. I was not surprised as I've stated I'd been here before, and I was just glad to be out of there. After having time to process the exchange, from last night, it doesn't seem fair. I'm not picky, I would've actually appreciate them saying hey it's late, we don't have time for all that and I would've been ok with that, than rushing a good paying regular customer. I will never be back to this place, and further more, they ruined my toenails before, so that's on me, I just wanted to share. I went here to get my nails done with my friend, I asked for dip powder, sloppy job. When she was filing she cut me multiple times. My nails were extremely thin, when I addressed this she said it was going to be fine. Then proceeded to tell me she was going to add a gel color to "thicken it up" I didn't ask for gel. And I was NOT disappointed! It was very clean, well lit and comfortable. The lady who did my pedicure was very good and did a great job. The only negative is that they don't offer liners for any of their pedicures, even the higher end ones. And the young lady who did my nails was great. She had personality and did a great job on my nails. I'm pretty simple, I like an acrylic overlay, gel polish, short and square. Normally salons like to try to talk me out of what I like but she didn't and she executed my requests perfectly. I'll definitely be back. read more

I just came this salon and I'm happy with the end result. I walked in (no appt) and waited about 15 minutes. For a Friday afternoon, it wasn't too busy. I got seated and my feet soaked for about 40 mins before someone was able to come work on me. I didn't mind it so much because I was in the massage chair. She was good with massaging my legs as I have diabetes and they are always swollen and hurt. I told her this and she gave me a little extra rub. Very clean and spacious salon. Previously great experience last weekend TERRIBLE! Had 1pm appointment sat waiting with feet in water at least an hour, only for pedicure to take 20 minutes to complete. This was not the basic pedicure It cost $46 per person for 6 people that was with me. So after waiting they rushed my service. Then I had two people get full sets, It was sloppy and within two days gems were falling off and nails were cracked. This used to be my go to spot but will never return. First impression of this place was that they were rude, no one but one person spoke and she just asked what I wanted and told me to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited about 10 or 15 minutes before deciding to leave after over hearing the lady tell a customer who had just walked in that it would be an hour wait.
