I felt so bad because the last place messed up my pedicure and then I hadn't gotten them done for a while and they were chipped, broken, let's just say not my finest moment, but they ended up amazing. I would definitely recommend this salon. I did not get a manicure to update the review for that, however, my friend has gone here a couple of times for her manicures and she loves it too.

She moved onto the eyebrow waxing and it was painful. At one point she somehow pinched my eyelid with the wax and left a blood blister on my eyelid. I jumped as it hurt and I said you pinched me. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. When she was done, she handed me the mirror and I pointed at the blood blister and she said you had this when you came in. I said that I would not have requested my brows to be waxed if I did have a blood blister. My manicure did not include filing or shaping my nails only cutting. I thought that was very odd. Two of my fingers were not cut evenly and she said it was because my fingers are crooked. After the waxing she had me pay for all of the services before I even had the manicure. This attendant was rude and mean and would not allow me to address my concerns. She just shut me down and acted like she didn't understand me. I don't deal well with public confrontation and this was an awful experience for me.

They told me to have a seat and I sat without being spoken to for half an hour. The client next to me offered me colors to pick from because none of the workers did. When it was finally my turn, I asked for a fill in the worker got started. This part of the process I was very pleased. He was quick and efficient, and the shape was perfect. I then asked him for KATSEYE French tips he said no. He said it was too much work. He was going to do the whole nail. I said no that's not what I want. I would pay him for the service he had done and could he please wipe it off if he was not willing to do what I asked. He insisted that I just pick a different color not go somewhere else. That's fine, I picked a different color that I was happy with and we kept on. The French tips were beautiful and I liked them. I then asked if he could do the designs as shown in the inspiration photo, he asked to coworker for help who explained the tools and materials and process that he would need for this. After several attempts at one nail, he seemingly became frustrated. Painted it a color randomly and then a coworker without word switched him places so that the other person could finish my nails. I have no issue with that. This person did a pretty good job at completing the service it wasn't perfect, but I don't expect perfection. I paid my bill and tipped an extra $30 and went on my way. Less than 24 hours half of the nail art has fallen off. I called to ask if I could get a partial refund and if they could take the rest of the jewels off. He informed me no he would not do that. They do not do refunds for their services, but I could come in and he could do it again. I declined as he was very unapologetic and if the service could've been completed correctly to begin with, it should've been done so the first time. The entire process from start to finish felt very rushed when I eventually got to someone's desk. Unfortunately, not a very pleasant experience overall, I would not go back and I would not recommend.

Kim does her nails. I sat down and the water was perfect in the tub..my feet were immediately like "this is nice". Sofia started and began with the scrub. It was scratchy at first but then was pleasant. She went on to remove the horrid dead skin from my feet and I felt sorry for her. Because its been so long, my feet were super sensitive and that sucked but, it wasn't her fault. She painted my toes (gel of course in a nice dark lavender).
